What are we looking for?
SentinelOne is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to help build the Partner-Led Services program within Professional Services at SentinelOne. This is a global individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of Professional Services Project Management. This role was created to reflect the growing scale and strategic importance of SentinelOne's delivery partner ecosystem. You will help define and execute the operational strategy, governance framework, and performance management across our third-party delivery partner relationships.
This role demands a strategic operator with experience in partner-led delivery services, who understands the incentives and controls required to foster an ecosystem of partners motivated to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with Professional Services leadership to define and operationalize our ongoing engagement with service delivery partners, ensuring shared customers receive implementation services that meet SentinelOne's quality standards and set them up for success.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Support the definition and execution of the operational strategy for partner-led services delivery
- Help govern and manage partner performance, including the design and administration of SLAs and KPIs that hold partners to SentinelOne's quality standards
- Drive partner integration and alignment, ensuring partners deliver services consistent with SentinelOne's current best practices and keep pace with product and service innovations
- Partner with Professional Services, the channel organization, and other relevant SentinelOne teams to ensure consistency across the partner lifecycle
- Act as a subject matter expert on partner-led services operations, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues as the program scales
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, program management, or services delivery, including exposure to partner-led or third-party delivery models
- Demonstrated success supporting or managing partner governance frameworks that drive consistent, measurable performance at scale
- Strong track record operating in metrics-driven environments, with a focus on outcomes such as customer satisfaction and partner quality scores
- Experience with service delivery operations, including KPI and quality control design
- Proven ability to collaborate and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, legal, operations, and customer experience
- Experience supporting AI adoption within services delivery, identifying opportunities to meaningfully impact the quality of services provided
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and influence without direct authority
