About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Paid Ads Specialist to lead, optimize, and scale paid media strategies across Google, Bing, and Meta platforms. Sitting at the center of our digital marketing operations, this is a high-visibility, client-facing role that requires strong technical capability, strategic campaign management, and senior leadership qualities.
You will be responsible for driving ROI for a diverse client portfolio, maintaining key client relationships, providing cross-departmental overviews to the Marketing Manager, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Campaign Management & Audits
- Account Audits & Strategy: Perform comprehensive audits on existing paid advertising accounts (Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager) to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and efficiency wins.
- Campaign Architecture: Design, build, and execute tailored multi-channel paid strategies aligned with client growth objectives.
- Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Technical Implementation: Confidently configure product feeds (Google Merchant Center), set up conversion tracking, and deploy tags via Google Tag Manager.
- Platform & CMS Integration: Collaborate with web developers and use CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Aero) to ensure seamless landing page and tracking implementations.
Client Management & Business Development
- Relationship Management: Act as a key strategic partner for clients, building long-term trust through transparent communication and clear results.
- Client Proposals: Create compelling, data-driven Paid Ad proposals and pitch presentations for prospective clients.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain detailed monthly reporting systems to communicate performance trends, conversion metrics, and campaign value directly to client stakeholders.
- Escalations & Client Retention: Address performance concerns or escalations proactively, delivering strategic solutions to secure long-term client retention.
Leadership & Operations
- Team Oversight & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior specialists, overseeing workload distribution, quality control, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Department Reporting: Deliver regular department overviews and key campaign performance data to the Marketing Manager.
- Training & Development: Identify knowledge gaps across the team and deliver targeted training sessions to maintain departmental excellence.
- Core Values Alignment: Embody and reinforce company core values across all team interactions and client touch points.
Requirements
- Agency Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns within a fast-paced agency setting (essential).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior client executives and holding strategic conversations.
- Technical Toolstack Mastery: Advanced working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Center, Meta Business Suite, and Bing Ads.
- CMS Familiarity: Practical experience working alongside popular e-commerce and CMS platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, Magento, and Aero.
- International Strategy: Solid understanding of best practices for international paid search strategies and multi-region campaign deployment.
- Value Demonstration: Proven track record of analyzing complex data, translating metrics into strategic recommendations, and clearly articulating campaign value to stakeholders.
- Accountability: High level of ownership over departmental output, client satisfaction, and performance targets.
