Position: CONVEYANCING ADMIN & CLIENT SUPPORT ASSISTANT (QUEENSLAND CONVEYANCING)
Salary range: Php 80,000/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)
Working Hours: Australia Business Hours (Monday–Friday)
Work set-up: 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor Agreement

Our organization specializes in simplifying complex legal requirements and contract documentation to ensure compliant, stress-free transactions for all parties involved. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Form 2 seller disclosures and legal documentation preparation, including collecting property details, issuing required Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, ordering property searches, and assembling draft disclosures. You will play a pivotal support role by communicating directly with clients to gather transaction details while collaborating closely with offshore and Australian legal teams to deliver complete disclosure packages. This is an ideal position for a meticulous legal or property support professional looking to grow their career within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Seller Disclosures & Form 2 Drafting: Prepare, verify, and compile complete Form 2 (Vendor Statements) and statutory seller disclosure documentation.
- Client Engagement: Communicate directly with clients to request and verify personal details, property details, and transaction documentation needed for disclosure files.
- AML & Compliance Verification: Issue, coordinate, and process Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification checks to ensure compliance with Australian legal requirements.
- Statutory Property Searches: Order, purchase, and review required land titles, council, and statutory search reports.
- Draft Assembly: Compile comprehensive draft disclosure files and submit them for final internal verification and approval.
- Internal Team Support: Coordinate effectively with internal conveyancers and administrative staff to ensure tight disclosure deadlines are met.
Requirements
Required / Essential Qualifications
- Conveyancing Knowledge: Practical understanding of Australian property law, conveyancing workflows, and Form 2 document structures.
- Compliance Expertise: Prior experience running AML identity checks and ordering property search reports.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills for professional, direct client interaction and team collaboration.
- High Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision when reviewing legal documents, checking search data, and processing transaction paperwork.
- Efficiency: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple disclosure files under deadlines.
