Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Manchester (Hybrid working, one week in the office and one week from home)
Contract: Full-time 35.5 hours per week, Permanent

We're looking for an Operations Support Manager to help keep the business running smoothly. This is a varied role supporting projects, reporting, compliance, process improvements and day-to-day operations across the business.
Working closely with senior leaders and teams across Reed Screening, you'll play an important part in driving efficiency, improving processes and supporting key business initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating operational projects and business initiatives
- Supporting the onboarding and implementation of new clients
- Producing reports, management information and presentations
- Supporting compliance, audit and quality assurance activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Tracking actions and ensuring projects stay on schedule
- Supporting onboarding, training and employee engagement activities
- Working with teams across operations, sales, technology and client services
What We're Looking For
- Experience in operations, business support, project coordination or administration
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders
- Good reporting, analytical and communication skills
- A proactive approach and a focus on continuous improvement
Experience within recruitment, screening, compliance or another service-led environment would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
