More about this role
1. Artwork packaging implementation:
- Support BM to implement AW approval for all packaging component
2. Commercials and Sales support
- Handle product listing across all channels
- Handle sales/channel support requests including: POSM adaptation, premium gifts, samples requests, and sponsorship coordination …
- Assist in planning and execution for conferences, including booth decorations, sample preparation and mock-ups readiness for conference display
3. Online/Offline Activation and Event execution:
- Support online/on-ground activation execution, ensure in-line with creative idea
- Develop and deploy idea for internal events in coordinating with cross function
4. Digital/ECOM support & Community management:
- Coordinate with ECOM team to develop social asset content
- Support ECOM channel to deploy project OTIF
- Manage community management collaborating with internal & agency
- Deploy email marketing in coordinate with regional team
5. Other tasks assigned by line manager
Job specific requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration management
• Prefer 6 months of internship or working experience in marketing, FMCG is preferred.
• Knowledgeable and have experience in FMCG brand management and communications, both ATL/BTL
• Good communication, influencing and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Hard-working with a positive and can-do attitude
• Strong execution and organization agility, eager to learn and able to work well under pressure
• Young and dynamic to coordinate in workstream and adapt to fast-pace environment
