You manage the media agenda in a particular geography.

How you will contribute

You will help execute the media strategy in your assigned area, business unit, country, or category. In partnership with the marketing team, you will implement a media plan and assess the effectiveness of that plan with a focus on return on investment. You will also build relationship with agencies. As a particularly advanced digital marketer, you will help drive our understanding and use of digital platforms in our marketing plans and be a source of learning and development for the wider marketing function.

• Media, including media buying and analytics, experience ideally gained across the agency and industry
• Digital media ideally with exposure to eCommerce best practice
• Working with and influencing external partners, matrixed local, regional and global stakeholders

• Having a bias to action
• Process management: Well-executed brand initiatives and effective collaboration with the other critical functions in the organization is a must
• Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing

Experiencia

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en Retail Media, eCommerce, Commerce Marketing, Shopper Marketing o Digital Media.
• Experiencia comprobable: liderando estrategias de Retail Media en México, trabajando con retailers, marketplaces y ecosistemas digitales relevantes, gestionando stakeholders regionales y globales en entornos FMCG/CPG (altamente deseable).

Conocimientos Clave

• Planeación y ejecución de Retail Media, medición de resultados e incrementalidad, ecommerce y digital commerce, gestión de audiencias y shopper marketing, analítica y business intelligence, KPIs de negocio y comercio digital (ROAS, iROAS, Incremental Sales, NTB, Conversion Rate, Share of Search, Share of Voice, entre otros).

Competencias Críticas

Liderazgo Estratégico, capacidad para conectar inversiones en Retail Media con resultados de negocio, pensamiento estratégico y orientación comercial, visión para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y transformación, gestión de stakeholders, alta capacidad de influencia en entornos operacionales, experiencia trabajando con equipos locales, regionales y globales.

Comunicación Ejecutiva

• Capacidad para presentar recomendaciones y resultados a niveles directivos, excelente storytelling y simplificación de información compleja, Perfil organizado y orientado al detalle, capacidad demostrada para gestionar múltiples proyectos de manera simultánea.
• Fuerte foco en cumplimiento, seguimiento y ejecución.

Indicadores de Éxito

Durante el primer año, esta posición deberá:

• Implementar un modelo operativo integrado entre cliente y agencia.

• Mejorar la alineación entre las necesidades locales y los procesos regionales. • Incrementar la visibilidad del impacto de Retail Media en resultados de negocio.

• Fortalecer la integración entre Media, Data, Social Media, Contenido y Commerce.

• Generar eficiencias operativas y mejoras en el desempeño de las campañas.
