Job Summary
The Accounting Sr. Admin Specialist is responsible for performing routine accounting support tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations. This role works autonomously and may coordinate activities of other professional-level staff. This job profile is intended for experienced professional-level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non-routine situations.

Position Summary

Responsible for GST compliance, return preparation and filing support, ITC reconciliation, invoicing compliance, and export documentation tracking. Ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate compliance.

Educational Qualification

·       B.com/ M. Com / CA Inter

Experience Requirement

·       4–6 years of relevant experience in GST compliance and indirect taxation.

·       Experience working with SAP-based accounting systems.

·       Experience in manufacturing organizations preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing and Shipment Compliance

·       Monitoring of Invoice booking in SAP as per GST Compliance’s

·       Monitoring of Export General Manifest (EGM) status through ICEGATE.

·       Communication with Invoicing & logistics team regarding pending export documentation.

·       Tracking and reporting pending SEZ endorsed copies.

·       Monitoring exports under LUT and ensuring compliance with prescribed timelines.

·       Preparation of merchant export related declarations and supporting documentation.

·       Review the Invoicing / Delivery challan is prepared as per GST requirement.

GST Compliance & Return Management

·       Preparation of GST Returns

·       Preparation of delivery challans

·       Preparation and filing of ITC-04 returns

 

Skills & Attributes

• knowledge of GST laws, rules, and compliance requirements.

Good understanding of accounting principles

• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Advanced Excel and SAP-SD & FI Module
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
