The Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager leads enterprise-wide indirect procurement strategy, supplier governance, cost savings initiatives, and procurement team performance across CVG operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals.
Drive enterprise indirect sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
Establish procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards.
Own supplier relationship management and executive business reviews.
Deliver annual cost savings and operational improvement targets.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, HR, IT, and business leaders.
Monitor supplier performance, risk, quality, and delivery metrics.
Provide executive reporting and procurement KPI dashboards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead continuous improvement and digital procurement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
2+ years of people leadership experience.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
