We are looking for a Home-Based Production Designer to join a growing U.S.-based company in the promotional products and branded merchandise industry. In this temporary full-time role, you will prepare artwork for production by vectorizing logos, building accurate mock-ups and production-ready proofs, and setting imprints to exact product specifications. You will work closely with the sales team, creative partners, and clients to apply creative direction and branding to products, support in-house creative campaigns, and make sure every approved design moves smoothly into production.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 

• Organizational & Time Management – Effectively manages multiple design requests and proofs while meeting strict production deadlines.
• Attention to Detail – Maintains a high level of accuracy in artwork sizing, imprint placement, color specifications, and file preparation.
• Communication Skills – Communicates clearly and professionally with clients, creative partners, and internal teams when presenting proofs and handling revisions.
• Problem Solving & Analysis – Identifies artwork issues such as low-resolution files, incorrect colors, or sizing conflicts and resolves them quickly to keep orders on track.
• Design & Production Knowledge – Strong understanding of vector artwork, file formats, CMYK and Pantone color systems, and preparing art for decoration and print production.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Responsible for creating virtual mockups and proofs to support sales staff. 
• Responsible for vectorizing logos. 
• Responsible for communicating with clients about layout and design. 
• Responsible for placing client logos on a variety of hard and soft goods. 

• Responsible for editing and composing graphics. 
• Responsible for creating multiple design solutions. 
• Responsible for reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. 
• Ensures coordination with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design. 
• Ad hoc duties as assigned 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or in another relevant role.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. 
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Adobe Illustrator (strong expertise required), Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.
  • Ability to accurately scale artwork to fit production specifications.
  • Strong understanding of CMYK and Pantone color systems.
  • Technically savvy, with a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management.
  • Speed and efficiency while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills in graphic design and your ability to deliver visually impactful designs.
  • Promotional products industry experience is an advantage but not required.

• Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - 37,500

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
