About the Role

Rho Incorporation lets founders form their company and open their business account in one flow. You’ll own getting more founders into that flow. Your sole goal is to grow inbound incorporation volume within your first six months - and you choose the channels that get there.

You’ll run the channels you own end to end, and you’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to open new sources of demand. You’ll be judged on incorporations started and completed each month, and on how many of those founders go on to fund their Rho accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the plan for inbound incorporation growth, and decide which channels get your time and budget

• Run paid acquisition (search, social, retargeting) aimed at founders who are forming a company

• Build content and SEO/AEO assets so founders searching for incorporation help find Rho

• Source and run partnerships with accelerators, communities, law firms, and founder-focused platforms

• Design outbound and lifecycle plays with Sales to turn high-intent founders into incorporations

• Work with Product to improve conversion from landing page to completed incorporation

• Track channel performance weekly, scale what works, and cut what doesn’t

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B fintech or a startup-focused company

• Hands-on experience with at least two of: paid acquisition, SEO/content, partnerships, outbound

• Comfortable owning a number and reporting against it from the data, using SQL or BI tools

• Fast and scrappy: you ship tests weekly and don’t wait for a perfect brief

• Knowledge of the founder and startup ecosystem is a strong plus
  

Our people are our most valuable asset. The budgeted salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000. Salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
