At Instructure, we believe in the power of people to grow and succeed throughout their lives. Our goal is to amplify that power by creating intuitive products that simplify learning and personal development, facilitate meaningful relationships, and inspire people to go further in their education and careers.
We do this by giving smart, creative, passionate people opportunities to create awesome. And that's where you come in:
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who's driven, self-motivated, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Engineering, and G&A teams to source, screen, and hire the best talent for our US openings.
Where and when you'll work.
This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You'll work 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Philippines time. That schedule covers the US Eastern business day and most of the Mountain and Pacific days, so you can talk with hiring managers and candidates live. The overlap shifts by one hour when the US changes its clocks in March and November.
What you'll do.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle
Track candidates and hiring activity in Ashby, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Work with hiring managers at all levels to define hiring needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills
Build sourcing strategies for every role, with a focus on passive candidates
Screen and interview candidates, then refer the strongest to hiring managers
Hire the right candidates, not just fill positions
Partner with hiring managers on offers, including compensation recommendations, approvals, and closing candidates
Take on other work-related duties as assigned
What you'll need.
Have at least four years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
Have experience with an ATS, ideally Ashby
Have recruited for US roles, ideally while working from APAC or EMEA
Be comfortable working US hours and partnering with US hiring managers
Source passive candidates with creative strategies, tools, and channels
Use AI tools to source candidates, screen them, and write outreach
Manage and prioritize multiple searches independently, and stay flexible when priorities change
Communicate clearly in writing and in conversation
Take initiative on work no one has assigned yet
Work well on your own and with others
