About the Opportunity
This position is designed for Family Medicine physicians who enjoy caring for women across all stages of life and want to deepen their experience in women's health. Whether you've always had a strong interest in OB/GYN during residency or you're exploring fellowship opportunities in women's health, this role offers outstanding clinical exposure in a supportive outpatient environment.
You'll provide comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on preventive medicine, reproductive health, well-woman care, contraception management, menopause care, and minor gynecologic procedures. Working alongside an experienced women's health team, you'll care for approximately 25–30 patients per day while developing long-term patient relationships.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care with an emphasis on women's health
- Perform well-woman examinations and preventive health screenings
- Provide contraceptive counseling and management
- Perform minor gynecologic procedures within scope of practice
- Diagnose and manage menopause-related conditions
- Counsel patients on preventive care, wellness, and reproductive health
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
- Manage an average patient volume of approximately 25–30 patients daily
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a patient-centered outpatient setting
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for or currently holding an active Arizona medical license
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Interest in women's health and preventive care
