Job purpose :

• The Finance Partner will work as part of Finance CMO EU (contract manufacturing operation) team. He/ She will support the CMO business community (supply relationship manager and Finance lead to deliver the financial objectives of the company.

• The role is crucial to ensure that CMO organisation is a cost competitive organisation and delivers network objectives.

• This role provides key financials, analytical support and strong Finance Business Partnering to the CMO organization

The role has a P&L responsibility ensuring quality analytics and insights are communicated to optimize business understanding, resource allocation and focus on decision support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the working capital

• Assist in standard costing, Sierra submission & management reporting

• Prepare PPV/Spend report monthly, quarterly & yearly CMO PL forecast

• Prepare PPV/Spend month end close process (accrual calculation, expenses accuracy, integrity, etc.).

• Lead FFG process and reporting

• Lead ad hoc projects.

• Support standard setting process

• Support CMO business and procurement to understand financial impacts

• Drive Haleon CMO strategy by delivering cost savings & Identify projects for simplification/optimization of our day to day work

• Support simplification within Finance department by improving reporting tools and automatization of reporting/process

• Compliance sox controls (asset, inventory, stock reconciliation)

Qualifications and skills:

• CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) from a premier Institute

• 5+ years of financial management and analysis experience

• Quality supply chain experience (preferred)

• Advanced computer skills – Excel & Microsoft. SAP experienced preferred.

• Strong ability to analyze large data sets and convert insights into decision support.

• Problem-solving mindset with action-oriented approach.

• Effective in managing multiple concurrent priorities

• Strong customer focus and stakeholder partnership

• Solid experience in financial reporting and accounting

• Curious, proactive, and dynamic

• Rigorous with strong analytical skills

• Self-driven with excellent interpersonal skills
