About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Commerce Lead to shape and own strategic direction of our online business. This role sets the vision, oversees our agency partner, and leads an internal team of 4-5 to deliver sustainable growth. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking strategically, developing people, and driving measurable growth.

Role Responsibilities

• Define and own digital commerce across marketplaces i.e. Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, and Omni channels

• Lead marketplace partnerships and negotiate key commercial terms

• Own budget planning and investment decisions for digital commerce initiatives

• Translate performance data into strategic recommendations for leadership

• Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and capabilities for the business

Basic Qualifications:

·Proven eCommerce experience

·Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing agency or vendor relationships

·Strong track record of driving growth in online business

·Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

·Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

·Fluent in Thai and English

Preferred Qualifications:

·Experience in Healthcare, FMCG, or consumer products

·Ambitious, Growth-oriented mindset

·Strategic thinker, comfortable setting direction
