We're looking for a Digital Product Manager (m/f/d) to help build out one of Europe's most ambitious digital product organizations. Our partner company is a leading B2B mobility and payment solutions provider, serving customers in more than 50 countries. Built on over 90 years of continuous growth and innovation, the company has evolved into a market-leading platform with around 2,700 employees, processing €19 billion in transaction Volume. As the business enters its next phase of development, it is investing heavily in data, AI, and technology-enabled commercial excellence to strengthen its market position.

The business recently shifted from a Product Owner model to genuine, outcome-driven Product Management, and its core digital products just moved onto new infrastructure, opening up real room to shape how the organization builds going forward.

In this role, you'll be responsible for discovering, building and improving digital products that solve meaningful customer problems and create measurable business value. Depending on whic product  you land, your product area could mean the tools that keep fleets compliant and moving, the platform capabilities other product teams build on, or the systems behind how transactions and services actually get delivered to customers. Either way, you'll own it end to end. Working in an empowered, cross-functional Product Trio with Engineering and Design, you'll contribute to product strategy, validate solutions through continuous discovery, and be measured on outcomes rather than outputs, delivering better customer experiences and sustainable business growth.

In this role, you'll:

• Discover customer and business opportunities through customer research, product analytics, market insight and continuous discovery
• Lead product discovery and decision-making within your area, balancing customer needs, business goals and technical constraints
• Define success metrics, hypotheses and experiments, using evidence and data to validate assumptions before you build
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design in a genuine, empowered Product Trio, not a hand-off model
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, Customer Service and Marketing to drive adoption, commercialization and product success
• Contribute to product strategy beyond your own area, and help shape how Product, Engineering and Design work together as the model matures
• Identify risks early and build stakeholder alignment, taking ownership for outcomes rather than waiting to be told what to build

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or digital platform business environment
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into measurable business outcomes, not just ship features
• Solid experience in continuous discovery, experimentation, product analytics and data-informed decision-making
• Real experience working in a cross-functional Product Trio with Engineering and Design, not just alongside them
• Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness and an outcome-oriented mindset
• Comfortable operating in an organization that is still actively defining its own ways of working, rather than one with a fully settled playbook
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
