We're seeking a Customer Strategy Manager to lead end-to-end customer-centric transformation for our clients—shaping ambitious strategies, designing differentiated experiences, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

• Proven experience in Strategy Consulting with demonstrated expertise in Customer Strategy, Digital Transformation, or both; proven track record delivering complex B2C and B2B client projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Customer and commercial acumen — experience designing customer propositions, business strategies, and digital transformation roadmaps that have delivered measurable impact; ability to interface with C-suite stakeholders and translate business drivers into strategic recommendations

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving — external perspective, ability to challenge conventional thinking, and solve complex business problems; strong understanding of how emerging technologies (including AI) apply to customer strategy and digital transformation

• Collaboration and communication — excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences; strong team player who builds effective relationships across varying stakeholder groups in hybrid and challenging environments

What type of work will I be doing?

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, shape transformation ambition, and deliver programmes that drive measurable business outcomes

• Explore opportunities for market disruption—identifying new revenue streams, business model innovation, and competitive repositioning—and develop differentiated value propositions

• Lead the design of business strategies and future-state customer experiences, combining customer insights, business acumen, and commercial understanding to align with clients' strategic outcomes

• Translate client business objectives into actionable delivery priorities, serving as the critical bridge between strategy and execution to ensure feasibility and impact

• Manage client relationships and cross-functional Deloitte teams to ensure seamless delivery, long-term partnership value, and knowledge transfer

• Mentor and develop junior team members, leading project teams and contributing to the growth of our Customer Strategy practice

• Contribute to internal thought leadership, go-to-market propositions, and points of view that position Deloitte Digital as a market leader

• Balance client delivery (primary focus) with internal firm initiatives including innovation, business development, and team growth
