Remote Broadcast Centers - Principal Program Manager, Global Broadcast Strategy & Operations

Riot Games is looking for a Principal Program Manager to lead strategic, high-impact initiatives across our RBC global broadcast and remote production capabilities. This is a 12-month contract based in Dublin, supporting leadership in both the Dublin and Seattle Remote Broadcast Centers (RBCs).

You will work closely with RBC Leadership to solve complex business challenges, develop long-term plans, and help improve how our global production network operates.

This is a senior individual contributor role where you will help set priorities, bring teams together, and turn strategy into action, this role will be based onsite in the Remote Broadcast Center (RBC) in Swords, Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs and initiatives from initial planning through implementation, ensuring clear priorities, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop business and financial models to help leaders assess opportunities, investment decisions, capacity needs, and long-term plans.
• Shape the future of Riot’s broadcast capabilities, partnering across production, technology, finance, facilities, and other teams to improve operating models and ways of working.
• Lead capacity and resource planning across the Remote Broadcast Center network, connecting demand with staffing, facilities, technology, cost, and service needs.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges, provide clear recommendations, and drive strategic change across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in strategy, business operations, financial planning, transformation, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience leading strategic work across multiple regions or teams, turning business priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with experience developing business cases, financial models, forecasts, scenarios, or strategic roadmaps.
• Proven ability to work through ambiguity, defining problems, identifying stakeholders, and creating a clear path forward.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders, including presenting recommendations and driving decisions without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global, distributed, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global broadcast production, live production, media, entertainment, advertising, digital consumer businesses, technology, facilities, infrastructure, consulting, or another complex operating environment.
• Experience designing or evolving production operations, service models, facilities strategies, workforce models, capacity planning, or technology-enabled services.
• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
• Familiarity with program management and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Airtable, or similar platforms.
• Gaming, sports, or esports experience is a plus, but is not required.
