Details of the Division and Team: 

The Implementation & Service Team, part of Relationship & Transaction Management, support and coordinate onboarding of new Clients , setup Product Solutions for Corporate Clients as the control center for adopting new clients and transactions to the Bank/Business.

Also, you will help clients run their businesses smoothly b delivering responsive, high-quality service and product solutions.

You will partner closely with global/ regional/ in-country Relationship Managers, Sales Managers & Product partners and collaborate across the teams.

Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for Cash Management Product Implementation including account opening coordination, Internet Banking setup and customer ERP

• 2nd level support for customer on DB-direct internet

• Provides EB training at the last stage of the implementation process

• Manages on-going technical support customers, customer support, and incident resolution.

• Provide daily Client Service support including Payment Tracking, Account Information and Payment details.

• Investigation of Non-receipt of Funds, Payment Failure, DB internet banking inquiry

• Collaboration with the client and coverage team to develop and execute an implementation plan, establishing clear expectations and providing transparency of timelines using project management principles and practices

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 2~3 years experience in Cash Management /Banking Industry

• Technical/ Implementation background/ skills preferred

• Ability to work well within tight deadlines and good time management skills are required

• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fluency in Korean and English (written / spoken)

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
