What You'll Be Doing: 

•  Requires in-depth knowledge and experience

• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes

• Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff
• Lead and or participate in project Implementation of business projects initiatives and priorities. Working directly with cross functional Business Team & IT.
• Develops/facilitates required data, documentation, KPIs and process and roll out training documentation
• Works independently

What We Are Looking For: 

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience developing current-state and future-state process maps, value stream maps, SIPOCs, and workflow designs using Visio or similar process modeling tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive alignment and build consensus across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive priorities forward with minimal direction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and measurable process solutions.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, analyze processes, identify gaps, and develop improvement recommendations.
• Ability to lead process transformation initiatives by partnering with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to deliver operational efficiencies and improved business outcomes.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.
