Are you at the beginning of your career in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition and ready to take the next step in an international environment?
We’re looking for a Junior EMEA Recruiter to join our friendly and collaborative Recruiting Team in Gdańsk.
You don’t need to know everything from day one. If you already have some recruitment experience, enjoy connecting with people and want to develop your skills in sourcing, interviewing and end-to-end recruitment, we’d be happy to hear from you.
You’ll work with colleagues and hiring managers across EMEA, recruiting for a variety of technical, corporate and sales roles. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from an experienced international team and gradually take on more responsibility.
The position is offered on a fixed-term contract, with the first contract lasting 14 months.
What You’ll Do
- Support and gradually take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA.
- Search for and connect with candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing channels.
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Learn how to identify the right talent for different teams and positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues and other recruiters across different countries.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and help us create a positive candidate experience.
- Learn about different EMEA talent markets and recruitment practices.
- Share your ideas and help us find new ways to improve our recruitment processes.
- Be part of a supportive EMEA Talent Acquisition team where we learn from each other and celebrate our successes together.
What We’re Looking For
- Some previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or candidate sourcing. This could come from an in-house recruitment team or recruitment agency.
- English and Polish at C1 level, both written and spoken.
- Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with candidates and colleagues.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about recruitment across different EMEA countries.
- A team-player mindset and willingness to share knowledge and ask questions.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage different tasks and priorities.
- A proactive attitude. You don’t need to have all the answers, but you’re happy to look for them and suggest new ideas.
