About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Brokerage Client Assistant - FiNet AST (Associate Support Team) in Wealth & Investment Management for the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (FiNet). Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Support FiNet Financial Advisors via email with service requests for new account openings, maintenance, asset movements, and estate processing. Minimal client contact is needed.
• Identify ways to improve the FiNet AST processes and offer FiNet AST work group ideas
• Perform moderately complex administrative and operational tasks within FiNet AST functional area
• Handle telephone calls or respond to inquiries and requests for researching of reports and account related issues
• Establish and maintain files to meet the firms’ regulatory requirements
• Create, produce, and maintain reports, databases, and record keeping for the purpose of growing client relationships
• Receive direction from supervisor and Financial Advisory functional area and escalate non-routine questions
• Interact with Financial Advisory functional area on wider range of inquiries or requests, as well as internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Brokerage and Client Services support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Brokerage client support experience or financial services industry experience
• Administrative support experience in financial services
• Experience interacting directly with customers
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
• Client service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work in a dynamic and complex environment

Job Expectations:
