As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you will build end-to-end AI-powered applications that combine intuitive user experiences with scalable backend services and modern AI capabilities.
You will work across the complete technology stack—from frontend interfaces and APIs to AI orchestration, agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud deployment.
This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about building AI-first products rather than simply consuming AI APIs.
What You'll Do
Build AI Products
- Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications from concept to production
- Build intelligent assistants, copilots, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using enterprise knowledge sources
- Implement multi-agent workflows and autonomous reasoning systems
Full Stack Development
- Develop modern web applications using React, Angular or Next.js
- Build scalable backend services using Python, Java, or Node.js
- Design secure REST and GraphQL APIs
- Develop cloud-native microservices
AI Engineering
- Integrate commercial and open-source foundation models
- Build prompt engineering frameworks
- Develop evaluation pipelines for AI quality and safety
- Implement vector search and semantic retrieval
- Optimize AI applications for latency, cost, and accuracy
Platform Engineering
- Deploy applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Build CI/CD pipelines
- Implement observability, monitoring, and performance tuning
Innovation
- Rapidly prototype new ideas
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies
- Contribute to internal reusable AI platforms
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to identify high-value AI use cases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8-12 years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years building Generative AI or LLM-powered applications
- Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems
