The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth for Broadridge’s Corporate Actions and Income Processing (CAIP) solutions, with additional responsibility for select Asset Servicing solutions, including Tax. This individual will combine deep CAIP domain expertise with a proven track record of selling complex enterprise software and technology solutions to financial institutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of the CAIP ecosystem across Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Asset Management, including the workflows, technology, operational challenges, and evolving needs of firms across these markets. They will leverage this expertise to engage credibly with clients, identify opportunities, and position Broadridge’s CAIP technology with senior business, operations, and technology stakeholders.

This is a highly visible role requiring consultative software sales expertise, CAIP subject matter knowledge, executive engagement, and strong collaboration across sales, product, presales, and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business for Broadridge’s CAIP solutions across Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Asset Management.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline across banks, broker-dealers, custodians, asset managers, wealth managers, and other financial institutions.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue enterprise opportunities related to CAIP technology, workflow automation, modernization, and operational transformation.
• Lead complex enterprise software sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through solution positioning, negotiation, and close.
• Leverage deep CAIP expertise to conduct effective discovery, understand client operating models and challenges, and identify opportunities for Broadridge technology.
• Articulate the business value of modernizing CAIP infrastructure, including increased automation, operational efficiency, scalability, risk reduction, and improved client experience.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Asset Servicing, Product, and executive leadership.
• Partner closely with Enterprise Sales, Account Management, Product, Presales, and Implementation teams to develop and execute strategic opportunities.
• Lead and support RFP responses, commercial proposals, executive presentations, demonstrations, and business case development.
• Represent Broadridge at industry conferences, client meetings, and thought leadership events and help strengthen Broadridge’s position in the CAIP market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software or technology sales experience within financial services.
• Deep CAIP domain expertise, including a strong understanding of processing workflows, operating models, market practices, technology requirements, and industry challenges.
• Demonstrated understanding of the CAIP environment across Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Asset Management.
• Proven success selling complex SaaS, enterprise software, workflow, or operational technology solutions to financial institutions.
• Ability to engage credibly with CAIP, Operations, Technology, and executive stakeholders and translate operational challenges into technology solutions.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $150,000.00- $165,000.00 USD.
