About the Role
高级经理，产服与绩优推动岗位职责：
- 根据中支业务节奏，结合营销员销售分层体系，落实公司产品与价值主张的推动策略，提升队伍整体销售技能；
- 统筹绩优专业推动，强化高净值绩优推动，通过多样化形式提升营销员在产品与服务营销方面的专业能力；
- 组织开展新产品相关知识培训、实战演练与答疑辅导，强化一线人员对产品的理解与应用能力；
- 因地制宜开发符合当地需要的产品和价值主张培训材料，并推动落地实施。
岗位要求：
- 大学本科或以上学历；8年及以上相关金融或保险行业经验；
- 扎实的市场与营销知识；熟悉保险产品；有一线业务推动经验，具备优秀的业务推动能力；
- 具有创新性思维；良好的沟通与表达能力、解决问题与决断的能力；
- 一定团队管理能力。
