Our Seller Success team sits at the heart of Back Market's marketplace — we're the bridge between our mission and the sellers who make it real. No great sellers, no refurbished revolution. Simple as that.

As an Advanced Seller Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of high-profile Smartphone and core category sellers across France and the EU. You're not just managing accounts — you're building genuine partnerships with the people helping us put the brakes on the "buy new" machine, one device at a time.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

You'll be the strategic partner your sellers didn't know they needed — part consultant, part data analyst, part relationship builder, and 100% committed to growth.

• Own the sales and quality performance of your seller portfolio across all European Back Market websites

• Build lasting relationships with sellers based in France and the EU, supporting their day-to-day needs with a consultative, solution-oriented approach (sales, marketing, logistics — you've got them covered)

• Lead Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions, including on-site seller visits and operational audits

• Leverage data to track performance, analyze trends, and build projections that fuel both seller strategy and Back Market's broader EU direction

• Drive cross-functional projects to deliver tailored solutions for your sellers

• Channel your field insights back into Back Market's business strategy — your experience on the ground is gold

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

You have:

• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field — or an equivalent track record that proves you know how to grow things

• Excellent French and English communication skills, written and verbal

• A proven ability to manage seller / customer portfolios and hit performance targets

• Strong project management chops — you handle deadlines, competing priorities, and shifting goalposts with calm and creativity

• A data-driven mindset: SQL and/or Tableau experience is a bonus, but a genuine readiness to level up your analytics skills is a must

Nice to have:

• Marketplace or e-commerce background

• A genuine interest in sustainability and circular economy

You also bring:

• A proactive, positive attitude — you represent Back Market with confidence and warmth in every seller interaction, audits and visits

• High empathy — you're the kind of person sellers trust and colleagues count on

• A resourceful, scrappy spirit — if the playbook doesn't exist yet, you write it (and share it with the whole team)

• Location : Bordeaux is preferred, Paris to be discussed

• 3 days/week at the office mandatory
