Job Summary
Trust Automation is seeking a results-driven and strategically focused Director - Business Development/RF to lead growth efforts across defense and government markets. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and advancing new business opportunities aligned with the company’s capabilities in advanced motion control, power management, RF systems integration, custom assemblies, and other mission-critical engineered solutions.
The Director - Business Development/RF will play a key role in expanding customer relationships, strengthening pipeline development, supporting capture activities, and positioning Trust Automation for long-term growth in the defense sector. This individual will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align market opportunities with internal capabilities, customer needs, and overall company strategy.

Job Summary
The Repair Technician II (Fully Proficient) is responsible for independently diagnosing, analyzing, and repairing components and finished products manufactured by Trust Automation in support of both internal manufacturing non-conformances and customer RMAs. This role ensures products are restored to current, compliant configurations that meet original functional, performance, and quality requirements.
The Repair Technician II applies technical expertise and independent judgment to identify failure modes, determine root cause, and define appropriate repair or upgrade pathways. This includes evaluating cost, turnaround time, and risk while executing repairs that reduce scrap, minimize rework, and protect delivery commitments and customer satisfaction.
Working under general direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Repair Technician II performs repairs using established tools, test equipment, and documented processes, while maintaining accurate records of findings, corrective actions, and final disposition. The role requires effective written and verbal communication with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Support and contributes to continuous improvement through feedback on recurring failure trends and process gaps.

Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) acts as a customer-facing representative for Trust Automation, serving as the main ambassador and liaison for both external and internal customer service interactions. This role requires managing customer expectations and concerns, ensuring product quality, and providing robust support to sustain Trust Automation’s reputation for cutting-edge solutions. The FSE will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product Sustainment Teams, directly engaging clients to troubleshoot, repair, and commission systems in the field. Proficient with Linux system configuration, field-level server administration (Ubuntubased systems) network/IP configuration and rack-mounted server integration, generator and UPS integration for field power systems.
Responsibilities include managing field repair schedules, maintaining detailed service records, and providing formal, structured field feedback to engineering, including failure trend and corrective action recommendations. The FSE will also play a critical role in supporting BETA testing, performing upgrades, validation of integrated systems (radar, camera, effector, server components) that include live operational exercise support (military training events), and interfacing at trade shows to promote Trust Automation’s product line. Additionally, the FSE will contribute to new product development by offering on-site support for emerging products and opportunities as assigned. This position requires eligibility for a military security clearance.

Job Summary
The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for the end-to-end management of supplier quality to ensure consistent delivery of conforming materials, components, and services. This role owns supplier quality lifecycle activities including supplier selection support, onboarding, qualification, performance monitoring, re-evaluation, corrective action, and continuous improvement, in close partnership with Supply Chain and Engineering.
The SQE serves as the primary quality interface to suppliers and is accountable for supplier quality capability, compliance, and performance. The SQE and QE work collaboratively on supplier-related nonconformances to ensure effective containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, and prevention of recurrence.
This role supports compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and regulatory expectations (e.g., DCMA/DoD).

Job Summary
Responsible for firmware design and development on a variety of products and systems, focused primarily on motion control applications. In addition to motion/motor control, embedded system design responsibilities can also include power conversion and power control/management applications. Responsible for system integration and test activities. Project assignments can cover full product life cycle, including requirement derivation, conceptual design, detailed design, prototyping, integration and test, transition into MFG, and product sustainment.
Firmware Engineer 1 typically requires 0 to 4 years of relatable engineering experience
Firmware Engineer 2 typically requires 5 to 8 years of relatable engineering experience
