Job Summary
Responsible for the electrical design and development of a variety of products and systems, focused primarily on motion control applications. In addition to motion/motor control, design responsibilities can include power conversion, power control/management, and a variety of other electronic circuits. Project assignments can cover full product life cycle, including requirement derivation, conceptual design, detailed design, prototyping, integration and test, transition into MFG, and product sustainment. This position is divided into two classifications: Electrical Engineer 1,2. The compensation pay band includes and is based on level of skills, knowledge, and experience.
Electrical Engineer 1 typically requires 0 to 4 years of relatable engineering experience
Electrical Engineer 2 typically requires 5 to 8 years of relatable engineering experience

Job Summary
Responsible for the hardware design and development of test solutions for a variety of products and systems, focused primarily on motion control applications. In addition to motion/motor control, test development responsibilities can include power conversion/control/management, and cyber security systems. Responsibilities include test-automation for manufacturing test solutions, and test development for requirement verification and product acceptance testing. Assists in the transition of products from Engineering into Manufacturing.
