We're looking for a CGI Artist who thrives at being both highly-creative and technical. You'll collaborate closely with fellow CGI Artists, Industrial Designers, and Program Managers to produce high-fidelity 3D assets, photorealistic renders, and captivating animations that will appear across our brand and marketing channels. You bring deep expertise in leading 3D modeling, rendering, and image editing software, and you thrive under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. You're self-motivated yet collaborative, a strong communicator, and a sharp technical problem solver.

We're open to both full-time and contract opportunities.

Thuma’s Headquarters is based in the historic Presidio neighborhood of San Francisco. The role involves four days in the office each week and occasional additional days as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Produce high-fidelity 3D materials and models of complex forms — including soft goods

Produce photorealistic renders and animations

Help streamline 3D pipelines and post-production workflows

Support storyboarding and image lists

Collaborate with render partners as needed

Manage external render projects as needed

What You'll Need

Your portfolio reflects an exceptional eye for craft — the kind of elevated, editorially-driven work that defines brands known for setting the visual standard. That level of taste and execution is what you bring to every project.

Additionally:

3+ years of experience as a CGI Artist

Proficiency in Blender or confidence in becoming proficient within a 2-month timeframe

Ability to design and execute compelling motion graphics

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong color editing and correction skills

Experience using render farms

Skilled at working to a brief and hitting deadlines

Experience leading end-to-end 3D and 2D production workflows

A sharp eye for accurately scoping turnaround time

Thuma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. This individual will lead execution, optimization, and analysis of key paid social channels, with a strong focus on driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth within efficiency guardrails.

Reporting into the Associate Director of Performance Marketing, you will own day-to-day execution across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. while supporting other channels like Google and YouTube. This role requires strong channel expertise, a strong testing mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, analytics, and ecommerce teams to uncover new growth opportunities.

Support creative strategies capable of unlocking new scale in customer acquisition.

Collaborate with brand and creative partners to shape assets that reflect Thuma’s aesthetic and voice, while driving measurable impact.

Provide insight on paid social and search trends, formats, and platform innovations; evaluate and test new ad products and channels.

Clearly communicate channel insights and learnings to internal stakeholders, influencing broader marketing and brand strategies.

Work cross-functionally with brand, creative, analytics, and ecommerce teams to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.

This Might Describe You

2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns at scale, ideally in e-commerce or DTC environments.

Proven track record of managing significant budgets and driving growth while staying within efficiency thresholds.

Hands-on experience across Ads Manager platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).

Data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of marketing attribution and the role of paid social in the broader customer journey.

Strong collaborator who thrives on working across teams while also being able to execute independently.

Analytical and detail-oriented with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable synthesizing data into actionable insights.

Clear communicator who can translate performance data into compelling stories for executives and cross-functional partners.

A builder and optimizer with a strong testing mindset; curious and proactive in uncovering new ways to grow the business.

At the forefront of marketing trends with a pulse on emerging media opportunities.

Experience across paid search and offline channels is a plus.
