The Role
Telnyx is building the communications infrastructure that powers the AI era — and we're looking for a Demand Generation Manager who wants to own a market, not maintain one.
This isn't a "run the playbook" role. You'll build pipeline from scratch alongside a local sales team, through account-based campaigns, localized programs, and event-driven demand. You'll have real budget, real autonomy, and a direct line to results that matter.
Execution here is AI-first: high-velocity campaigns powered by AI for account research, enrichment, personalization, and reporting. You'll manage spend across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Google Ads, and programmatic display (StackAdapt) — launching, optimizing, and scaling what works. No bureaucracy. No waiting for approvals on every creative variant.

Responsibilities
- Own Regional Demand Generation. Build and run a regional demand plan across primary and secondary markets. Measured on pipeline and sales-accepted opportunities — nothing else.
- Partner with Sales. Translate account priorities and deal gaps into campaigns and plays. Be the marketing counterpart the local sales team asks to be in the room.
- Run Account-Based Campaigns. Build target account lists with sales and activate through LinkedIn Ads (matched audiences, sponsored content, conversation ads), programmatic display, and paid social. Saturate the buying committee inside priority accounts.
- Localize. Adapt messaging, creative, and landing pages to reflect regional buying patterns, language nuances, and business culture.
- Support Field Events. Partner with field marketing on event promotion — from industry conferences to executive roundtables. Own pre-event account targeting, digital promotion, and post-event follow-up to drive pipeline.
- Execute at AI Velocity. Use AI tools at high volume for account research, enrichment, personalized content, ad copy, creative variants, and reporting. Run automated workflows. Iterate rapidly with agent-assisted optimization so one marketer can cover a region like a team.
- Optimize Daily. Monitor performance, refine targeting and account lists, rotate creative, and scale winners based on data.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in B2B performance marketing or account-based marketing, hands-on across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Reddit, Google Ads, and programmatic display (StackAdapt, 6sense, Demandbase, or equivalent)
- Proven ABM experience: target account lists, personalized ad programs, working directly with sales on named account strategies
- Real AI in your daily workflow — LLMs for research, enrichment, content, and campaign ops, not a one-time experiment
- Strong event marketing execution: pre-event targeting, meeting booking, post-event follow-up, measured on pipeline contribution
- Strong creative execution in Canva and B2B ad copy that converts
- Comfortable marketing to technical and enterprise audiences
- Data-driven: you monitor daily, pull insights, and optimize on what you see
- Solid grasp of marketing attribution — you understand how pipeline gets credited and you don't accept "last touch" as the answer
- Proficient in Salesforce — you can build views, pull reports, and track deal progression without asking RevOps every time
- Business-level English fluency required

The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a foundational role in the growth of our customer base and the future of our sales team. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced BDR, you’ll gain hands-on experience engaging with prospective customers, learning how to position cutting-edge products, and contributing directly to Telnyx’s success.
At Telnyx, we don’t just see BDRs as lead generators — we see them as the next generation of Account Executives. Our goal is to develop every BDR into a confident, high-performing AE, with a clear career path, mentorship, and structured training to help you get there.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dynamic book of 300–400 accounts, with a focus on outbound prospecting and strategic engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify outbound leads, aligning each prospect with the most relevant Telnyx solutions.
- Set high-quality meetings and collaborate with 2-3 Account Executives to move opportunities through the pipeline.
- Craft personalized messaging strategies tailored to industries, personas, and buyer pain points.
- Gain a deep understanding of the Telnyx platform—including Voice, AI, Messaging, Wireless, Networking, and Storage products.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records to track activities, pipeline status, and key insights.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development to continuously sharpen your sales acumen and accelerate your path to promotion.
What we are looking for
- 0–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- A growth mindset and a strong desire to build a career in tech sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and persuasion.
- High energy, resilience, and comfort in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Curiosity and adaptability when learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation with a bias toward action.
- Familiarity with AI, CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce and Salesloft experience is a plus).

Salary is in the range of $50,00 - $55,000 before commissions ($75,000 - $80,000 OTE) with benefits info below:

The Role
Telnyx operates a global private network spanning datacenters and colocation facilities across dozens of markets. The Vendor Relations team manages the infrastructure vendor relationships that make this possible.
We're looking for a Vendor Relations Associate to start in a support-focused role — learning the operational backbone of vendor management — and grow into directly managing vendor relationships and commercial discussions.
Responsibilities
• Track & Maintain Vendor Records: Keep contracts, renewals, pricing, SLAs, and contact databases accurate and current across Google Workspace, Jira, and internal tools.
• Coordinate Vendor Onboarding: Manage workflows from NDA through contract execution, tracking deliverables and milestones across active engagements.
• Support RFQ Processes: Prepare and distribute RFQs to prospective datacenter, colocation, and connectivity vendors; collect and organize responses.
• Research & Analysis: Research new vendors and market options for infrastructure expansion. Assist with pricing analysis and vendor comparison.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with network engineering, legal, and finance on vendor-related tasks — escalate items that need attention.
• Grow Into Vendor Management: Participate in vendor calls (initially supporting/note-taking), build toward owning vendor relationships directly.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (recent graduate)
• Strong organizational skills — you keep spreadsheets clean and follow-ups on time
• Clear written communication — you'll draft vendor emails and internal updates daily
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; comfortable with tracking spreadsheets, pricing tables, and spotting data inconsistencies
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity
• Intellectual curiosity about how datacenters, networks, and cloud infrastructure work, technical background a plus
• Self-starter — can take a task, figure out what "done" looks like, and get there
Bonus
• Internship or coursework in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management
• Familiarity with basic infrastructure concepts (colocation, IP transit, datacenter power/cooling)
• Experience with project management or CRM tools (Jira, Salesforce, Notion)
• Exposure to contract language (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs)
