Starface is seeking an Associate Art Director, Concept to join our Creative team and help shape the future of how our brand comes to life across social, campaigns, collaborations, and emerging platforms. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the social and creative teams to concept, create, and execute bold, culture-forward content that feels distinctly Starface. Concept Development & Creative Direction
- Concept creative campaigns, social-first content, and product concepts that feel fresh, unexpected, and on-brand.
- Lead smaller-scale creative projects from concept through final execution with increasing autonomy.
- Bring thoughtful references, fresh inspiration, and a strong creative POV to the table consistently. Stay tapped into internet culture, fashion, beauty, entertainment, and emerging creative trends.
Content Creation & Execution
- Support photo and video shoots from pre-production through post-production, including on set direction, shotlists, creative briefs, retouching notes, and crop guidelines.
- Produce high-quality assets with strong attention to craft and detail.
- Brief and provide creative feedback to internal and external collaborators as needed (creators, photographers, stylists, etc).
- Jump into content creation as needed - solving creative problems in real time — whether that means designing, editing, or animating.
Collaboration & Communication
- Contribute meaningfully to brainstorms and collaborative creative workstreams.
- Partner closely with social, design, copy, brand marketing, and creative production to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution across touchpoints.

Starface is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our growing Mass and Grocery retail business. In this role, you’ll report directly to our National Account Director and help drive the day-to-day execution and operational excellence of our retail accounts.
You'll own the reporting, coordination, and operational follow-through that keep our Mass and Grocery business running smoothly; protecting account health across existing business, supporting new retailer onboarding, and building the operational backbone that allows the team to scale. - Own weekly POS reporting across Mass and Grocery accounts, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable
- Track performance against forecast, budget, and plan, and proactively surface risks, opportunities, and anomalies
- Maintain retailer systems and tools, including Walmart Retail Link/Supplier One, Target POL, and other retail platforms; monitor in-stock and out-of-stock performance and escalate issues early
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for broker partners across key accounts, driving clear communication, accountability, and follow-through
- Support retailer onboarding and account maintenance workstreams, including item setup, vendor forms, UPCs, WERCs, fixture company coordination, and related submissions
- Assist in line reviews, sales presentations, and account recaps with organized, polished materials
- Own management of promotional calendars and help track execution of TPRs, displays, and in-store programs across accounts
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Operations, and Finance to keep retail initiatives moving and ensure strong execution
- Coordinate closely with Operations on inventory availability, PO timing, and shipments, and with Finance on deductions and trade spend tracking
- Help identify process gaps and recommend smarter ways of working as the retail business continues to grow
- Support the team through the transition of Walmart to a direct relationship, helping ensure clean execution, strong communication, and operational readiness
this role is for you if
- You have 3+ years of experience in account coordination, sales support, or a similar role within Mass and/or Grocery retail
- You have direct hands-on Walmart experience, which is strongly preferred, and you understand how to navigate Retail Link / Supplier systems, reporting, and key vendor processes
- You have working familiarity with retailer compliance, item setup, PO flow, and the operational details that keep retail accounts on track
- You are highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and are comfortable building trackers, managing reporting files, and working with pivot tables and large data sets
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing momentum
- You are a clear and confident communicator, and can work effectively with brokers, retailer-facing partners, and internal cross-functional teams
- You thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment and enjoy building process where a perfect playbook does not already exist

Starface is seeking a Manager of Logistics & Operations to support the execution of our Operations strategy and ensure the various operations systems are optimized to support the department activity. In this role, you’ll report directly to our Director of Operations & Logistics. You will be responsible for the outbound movement of our products from third party warehouses/distribution centers to customers while maintaining system integration integrity, optimizing order fulfillment in the ecommerce, marketplace, and business-to-business channels, identifying and driving cost saving opportunities, and ensuring service level agreements are achieved. You’ll also manage transportation and fulfillment related costs, and drive supply chain optimization.

Distribution Center Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for our distribution center (DC) partners, with a focus on outbound logistics (shipping to retailers)
- Ensure on-time order fulfillment for all trade partner and sales channel accounts under role scope, delivering best in class service for all trade partners
- Partner with Finance to ensure procedural compliance for inventory, warehouse operations, and fulfillment & transportation costs
- Travel to attend physical inventory counts at DCs to ensure the count is executed according to the procedure 2x per year
Operations Order Fulfillment & Process Optimization:
- Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), vendor guidelines, routing guides, and all other reference/training documents
- Support the further development of operations & logistics best practices, tools, and processes across outbound flows to optimize efficiency and department performance
- Analyze and model scenarios to optimize our operational engine, helping to further develop, measure, and meet KPIs and goals, including chargeback analysis and claims management for all retail partners
- Drive continuous improvements to the 3PL warehouse fulfillment processes to decrease costs, increase fulfillment turnaround time, and ensure on time delivery in full
- Support and/or lead department projects as needed to support business activity
- Participate in User Acceptance Training (UAT) for systems’ updates or add-ons
- Develop an understanding of inbound logistics and provide backup/secondary support as needed
- Manage retailer chargebacks by reviewing dispute claims, identifying root causes, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Analyze transaction data and shipping records to validate claims, reduce financial losses, and improve compliance with retailer requirements.
- Implement process improvements and maintain detailed documentation to prevent recurring issues and strengthen vendor relationships.
this role is for you if
- You have 5+ years of experience working in supply chain, logistics, and/or operations within the CPG space across both DTC/ecommerce and brick and mortar retailers
- You have strong 3PL warehouse/distribution center experience and B2B order management experience
- You have a thorough understanding of supply chain operational concepts around production planning, purchasing, inventory control, freight logistics, 3PL warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving
- You have demonstrable knowledge of warehouse management systems, ERP systems (NetSuite experience is ideal), system error troubleshooting, and advanced Excel capabilities
- You are data-driven with strong quantitative skills and ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable steps to drive business decisions
- You are able to work independently and own your workstream, and can share examples of how you’ve identified and solved crucial problems, taking action quickly
You have a proven track record of successfully working within a fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative, start-up environment both independently and cross-functionally, as well as balance long term business goals with short term needs
- You are able to travel up to 20% for physical inventory, team offsites, and special projects
salary & benefits
- The compensation range for this role is a $90,000-$110,000 base depending on level of experience, as well as bonus eligibility.
