You'll own the reporting, coordination, and operational follow-through that keep our Mass and Grocery business running smoothly; protecting account health across existing business, supporting new retailer onboarding, and building the operational backbone that allows the team to scale. Starface is seeking a Manager of Logistics & Operations to support the execution of our Operations strategy and ensure the various operations systems are optimized to support the department activity. In this role, you’ll report directly to our Director of Operations & Logistics. You will be responsible for the outbound movement of our products from third party warehouses/distribution centers to customers while maintaining system integration integrity, optimizing order fulfillment in the ecommerce, marketplace, and business-to-business channels, identifying and driving cost saving opportunities, and ensuring service level agreements are achieved. You’ll also manage transportation and fulfillment related costs, and drive supply chain optimization.
