About The Role

We are seeking a technically strong and analytical Technical Procurement Lead (Solar) to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize equipment selection across our projects, with a focus on electrical systems and emerging technologies.

Partnering closely with the Director of Procurement, you will lead technical vendor evaluation, support value engineering efforts, and influence strategic supplier decisions. This highly cross-functional role works closely with engineering, field teams, and vendors to improve cost, performance, and scalability while advancing data-driven procurement practices.

Responsibilities

Serve as subject matter expert for electrical equipment.

Evaluate and validate technical specifications for procurement decisions.

Support value engineering efforts in collaboration with engineering and field teams.

Identify and assess new technologies, vendors, and equipment solutions.

Lead technical vetting of suppliers and equipment.

Develop performance benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for vendors.

Support vendor selection and procurement strategy through technical analysis.

Partner with Director of Procurement on strategic supplier decisions.

Develop dashboards and reporting (in collaboration with technical resources).

Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across procurement.

Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, cost, and performance.

Introduce new tools, methodologies, and frameworks for procurement optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical preferred), supply chain, or related field.

7+ years of experience in procurement, engineering, or technical sourcing.

Strong experience with solar equipment (inverters, transformers, switchgear, etc.).

Experience supporting or leading technical evaluation of vendors and equipment.

Proven ability to influence decisions through data and analysis.

Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools.

Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics preferred).

Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering documentation systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business decisions.

Nice to Have

Experience in solar, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

Exposure to battery storage systems or emerging energy technologies.

Engineering background (electrical strongly preferred).

About The Role

We are seeking O&M Technicians at multiple experience levels (Tier 1–4) to join our growing Operations & Management (O&M) team. These roles are critical to ensuring the reliable performance, safety, and efficiency of our commercial solar energy systems.

Whether you’re newer to the field or bring extensive solar experience, you’ll play an important role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing solar system performance while working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on solar panels, inverters, and related electrical and mechanical systems.

Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, electrical faults, or component failures to ensure maximum uptime.

Capture and review thermal imaging during system and property inspections.

Monitor system performance data and assist with performance optimization and corrective maintenance activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to support commissioning and ensure new solar installations meet quality standards.

Maintain accurate service records, documenting maintenance, repairs, and system performance data.

Adhere to all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

Maintain tools, testing equipment, and work vehicle in good working order.

Senior-level technicians (Tier 3–4) will lead troubleshooting efforts, provide advanced diagnostics, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

All Levels:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy fields a plus.

Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical systems.

Competent with hand and power tools; comfortable using multimeters and insulation resistance meters (IV Curve tracer preferred).

Able to work safely at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Tier 1–2 Technicians:

1+ years of experience in solar, electrical, or related technical fields.

Basic understanding of PV systems and electrical safety.

Willingness to learn through training and mentorship.

Tier 3–4 Technicians:

4+ years of experience in solar O&M, electrical, or related fields.

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Experience commissioning systems and leading field teams.

Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, NABCEP, NETA.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to provide day-to-day operational oversight of multiple commercial rooftop solar projects and the Construction Managers assigned to them. This role is responsible for enforcing construction processes, maintaining quality standards, driving schedule performance, and ensuring consistent execution across active job sites.

This individual serves as a hands-on operational leader, partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure field execution aligns with scope, budget, and client commitments. The ideal candidate brings deep rooftop solar expertise, strong leadership capability, and a disciplined, process-driven approach to construction management.

Responsibilities

Field & Operational Oversight

Provide direct oversight and leadership to field Construction Managers

Conduct routine site visits and field audits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met

Review weekly production reports, and look-ahead schedules

Identify and address execution gaps in real time

Process & Quality Management

Enforce standardized construction processes and installation best practices

Ensure consistent documentation across all projects (daily/weekly reports, QA/QC checklists, photo documentation)

Conduct quality audits on rooftop penetrations, flashing, racking, and electrical installations

Ensure compliance with NEC requirements, fire setbacks, and roof warranty standards

Drive corrective action plans to reduce rework and warranty claims

Schedule & Execution Discipline

Hold Construction Managers accountable to project schedules

Review and validate 2–4 week look-ahead plans

Proactively identify risks and implement recovery plans

Escalate issues early to avoid client or financial impacts

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Project Managers and Project Management Leads to align field execution with contract scope and budget

Support accurate forecasting through real-time field reporting

Assist with change order identification and documentation

Maintain a “no surprises” communication culture across teams

Safety Leadership

Champion strong safety culture across all job sites

Ensure OSHA compliance and fall protection standards are consistently enforced

Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation

Qualifications

7–12+ years of construction experience, with 3–5+ years in commercial rooftop solar

Experience managing Construction Managers /Superintendents

Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal,)

Expertise in ballasted and attached racking systems

Understanding of commercial electrical tie-ins, NEC solar requirements, and rapid shutdown compliance

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

OSHA 30 certification required

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based programs

Willingness to travel to active project sites as needed
