Responsibilities

• Concept at scale: Generate a high-volume of distinct, conceptual hooks and scripts for every brief, moving quickly from ideation to execution.
• Write for the scroll: Craft high-performing scripts for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube that feel native to each platform.
• Own the set: Provide script direction on-set during video shoots to ensure the tone, pacing, and energy are captured perfectly.

The Role

We’re building our enterprise business from the ground up and this role will help define how we go to market. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, who owns enterprise positioning and core narrative development, while you bring that strategy to life through high-impact programs, channels, and experiences.

As Senior Manager, Enterprise Marketing, you will be the channel marketing lead for our enterprise segment, working directly with the GM of Enterprise and Senior Manager, PMM to translate strategy into high-impact programs. Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM of Enterprise and Senior Manager, PMM to define go-to-market priorities and identify the highest-leverage marketing opportunities
• Build and execute campaigns geared towards payers, employers, health care delivery systems, and partner ecosystems.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated HubSpot Administrator to join our GTM team. In this role, you will be the primary architect of the HubSpot environment, responsible for translating sales leadership’s vision into functional workflows and intuitive interfaces.

• Strategic Sourcing & Footprint Optimization: Conduct regular "footprint reviews" to audit and consolidate our vendor base, identifying redundancies to eliminate SaaS and service provider "sprawl".
• High-Stakes Negotiation: Own end-to-end negotiations for business points, leveraging industry benchmarks to secure favorable pricing,  structures, and favorable SLAs/MSAs.

The Role

As a Sr. Data Analyst, Strategic Health Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting Clinical and Commercial business development through rigorous, evidence-based analysis. The Role

SimplePractice is seeking a friendly, eager-to-learn Customer Success Specialist (Product Specialist) to join our Customer Success team in Mexico City.

In this role, you’ll use your passion for collaboration and technology to provide our customers with a world-class experience. You would act as the front line of communication with our customers, serving inbound phone calls as well as assisting customers via chat and email. This role will give you the opportunity to provide tangible value and support to our growing community.

This is a full­-time hourly (non-exempt) position, with overtime available during peak seasons. We’re looking for some individuals that can also offer non-traditional business hours availability, including weekends and evening hours, to help us manage our response time goals throughout the entire week. 

Responsibilities

• Address inbound customer inquiries regarding our platform’s features 
  • Answer all inbound support emails within 60 minutes or less, continually striving for faster response times
  • Triage incoming customer support emails to specialized CS team members as needed 
  • Participate in live chat during our standard business hours
  • Schedule live customer screen-sharing sessions and phone calls as needed
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex customer questions using intuitive problem-solving skills 
  • Identify patterns in incoming support emails and chats, and keep an eye out for potential issues  
  • Escalate product issues to our Technical Support Specialists
  • Contribute to our ambitious conversion rate goals by conducting live onboarding calls with customers in a free trial
• Maintain alignment with the larger Customer Success team and other internal stakeholders
  • Identify and report knowledge gaps and work to get them added to our knowledge systems
  • Work with other SimplePractice teams to handle customer inquiries when inter-department collaboration is needed

Desired Skills & Experience

• English proficiency 
• 1-2 years in a customer support or service industry role, serving a diverse and professional customer base 
• You have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• You have demonstrated the ability to self-manage towards a set of defined goals & prioritize among many different tasks
• A sense of urgency to complete work efficiently and accurately
• Comfortable with ambiguity to determine the best solution for our customers 
• Comfortable with simultaneously managing and troubleshooting a large number of computer-based programs, applications, and toolsets to perform job duties (e.g., Slack, Asana, Zendesk, Google Workspace)

Monthly Compensation Range

We are seeking a technical, growth-minded Senior Data Analyst to lead the data strategy for our acquisition and channel marketing efforts. Reporting through the Marketing organization, you will be the analytical architect behind our top-of-funnel engine.

Your mission is to optimize how we find and convert new users across paid and organic channels. You will own the Demand Model, drive the strategy for marketing attribution, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate our marketing efficiency. While our Data Science team focuses on R&D for core predictive models, you will be responsible for the experimental validation and implementation of those insights into our channel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Demand Modeling & Forecasting: Own and evolve the Demand Model to predict new customer growth and ARR based on shifting media spend and channel performance.
• Channel Performance Optimization: Drive deep-dive analyses into channel-specific performance (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV:CAC ratios.
• Attribution Strategy: Architect and maintain the logic for marketing attribution, moving beyond simple correlation to determine which touchpoints truly drive incremental growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Onboarding Lifecycle: Drive the data strategy for the first 90 days of the customer journey, identifying friction points and opportunities for growth across both in-app and out-of-app touchpoints.
• Manage & Evolve HVAs: Lead the continuous development of our High-Value Actions. You will track these metrics and statistically validate new behaviors that correlate with long-term retention.

This is a hybrid technical leadership and people management role. You'll lead a team of engineers, write code yourself, make architectural decisions, and own the delivery of foundational infrastructure that every application team at SimplePractice depends on.

What you'll do in your first 6 months:

• Lead the architectural design for how we scale our data layer — evaluate approaches, make the hard tradeoff decisions, and build the proof of concept that validates the path forward
• Ship the first event-driven integration end-to-end — reliable publishing, a pre-computed read model, and a real application team consuming it
• Write code. Review code. Debug production issues. The problems are too important for anyone to be purely a coordinator

Base Compensation Range

$88,000-112,000 annually

• Manage the complete data stack from ingestion through data consumption
• Build tools to increase transparency in reporting company wide business outcomes
• Work with DevOps to deploy and maintain data solutions leveraging cloud data technologies, preferably in AWS
• Help define data quality and data security framework to measure and monitor data quality across the enterprise. Define and promote data engineering best practice

• Education & Experience
  • BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • 7+ years in Data or Analytics Engineering
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Data Engineering & Pipelines
  • Enterprise architecture and enterprise data architecture (data modeling and enterprise dimensional modeling)
  • Expert in SQL and data modeling (relational, dimensional, semantic)
  • Proven experience in data warehouse design, implementation, and maintenance (Snowflake)
  • Hands-on with DBT for modular, testable transformations
  • Experience with orchestration and ingestion tools: Airflow, Prefect, Airbyte, Fivetran, Kafka
  • Familiar with ELT, schema-on-read, DAGs, and performance optimization
• Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Experience with AWS (S3, RDS, Redshift, etc.)
  • Familiar with Terraform, Docker, and containerized workflows (bonus)

El Rol

Estamos buscando un Senior Data Engineer para ayudar a liderar la evolución de nuestro stack de datos, desde los pipelines hasta la plataforma. En este rol, construirás la infraestructura que impulsa todo, desde inteligencia de producto hasta reportes financieros y analítica self-serve dentro del producto.

Nuestros clientes son profesionales clínicos en prácticas privadas pequeñas y medianas, y los datos que estructures les ayudarán directamente a operar negocios más eficientes y efectivos. Al habilitar insights accesibles, como tendencias de inasistencias o niveles de interacción de pacientes, brindarás a los profesionales herramientas para tomar decisiones más inteligentes y rápidas sobre la gestión de la atención.

Internamente, tu trabajo impulsará desde reportes ejecutivos y proyecciones de ingresos hasta analítica de producto y ciclos de evaluación de modelos de IA. Colaborarás con equipos de Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Producto e Ingeniería para construir sistemas escalables y confiables que conviertan los datos en un producto de primera clase dentro de SimplePractice.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar con Producto, Analytics e Ingeniería para construir sistemas escalables que desbloqueen el valor de los datos provenientes de múltiples fuentes como bases de datos backend, flujos de eventos y plataformas de marketing.
• Liderar la visión técnica y la arquitectura con una perspectiva integral tanto a corto como a largo plazo.
• Trabajar con el equipo de Analytics para crear alineación a nivel compañía mediante métricas estandarizadas.
• Apoyar casos de uso internos como reportes financieros, analítica de producto y métricas operativas.
• Habilitar casos de uso externos como dashboards para clientes, analítica self-serve y recomendaciones dentro del producto.
• Gestionar el stack completo de datos desde la ingestión hasta el consumo.
• Construir herramientas que aumenten la transparencia en el reporte de resultados de negocio.
• Colaborar con DevOps para desplegar y mantener soluciones de datos en la nube, preferentemente en AWS.
• Definir marcos de calidad y seguridad de datos para medir y monitorear la calidad en toda la organización, promoviendo mejores prácticas de ingeniería de datos.

Habilidades y Experiencia Deseadas

Educación y Experiencia

• Licenciatura o Maestría en Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Computación, Matemáticas o campo relacionado.
• Más de 7 años en Data Engineering o Analytics Engineering.
• Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y comunicación; cómodo trabajando en entornos dinámicos y multifuncionales.

Ingeniería de Datos y Pipelines

• Experiencia en arquitectura empresarial y modelado dimensional.
• Experto en SQL y modelado de datos (relacional, dimensional, semántico).
• Experiencia comprobada en diseño, implementación y mantenimiento de data warehouses (Snowflake).
• Experiencia práctica con DBT para transformaciones modulares y testeables.
• Experiencia con herramientas de orquestación e ingestión: Airflow, Prefect, Airbyte, Fivetran, Kafka.
• Familiaridad con ELT, schema-on-read, DAGs y optimización de rendimiento.

Nube e Infraestructura

• Experiencia con AWS (S3, RDS, Redshift, etc.).
• Familiaridad con Terraform, Docker y flujos de trabajo contenerizados (deseable).
• Manejo de datos estructurados, semi-estructurados (JSON) y formatos columnares (Parquet, ORC).

Analítica y Habilitación

• Experiencia construyendo y soportando capas semánticas para analítica self-serve.
• Dominio de herramientas BI como Looker, Tableau o Sisense.
• Experiencia estandarizando métricas y habilitando acceso confiable y consistente a los datos.

Programación y Scripting

• Dominio de Python y scripting en Unix/Linux.
• Experiencia trabajando con APIs (por ejemplo, usando curl).
