What you’ll do
- Own creative decisions end-to-end as the conceptual partner to the Head of Creative, eliminating bottlenecks and freeing senior leadership to focus on broader strategy and thinking
- Lead development and execution of major brand campaigns, maintaining creative coherence across all channels and touchpoints
- Evolve Miro's visual brand identity, bringing fresh creative thinking while ensuring brand standards are upheld across every deliverable
- Build and mentor the creative team, establishing standards that elevate collective output rather than creating dependency on any one person
- Champion AI tool adoption across the team, actively embedding AI-assisted workflows into standard production practice, not just personal use
- Establish creative authority with cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing, and the executive team, creating clarity and confidence in creative decision-making
What you’ll need
- 8+ years of creative leadership experience with a portfolio spanning brand-building and integrated campaign execution, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Demonstrated ability to develop and evolve brand platforms: visual identity, messaging architecture, and multi-tiered creative frameworks
- Proven track record leading integrated campaigns across paid, digital, social, OOH, and events from a single organizing concept
- Active hands-on proficiency with AI creative tools, with evidence of embedding these into team workflows
- Strong people leadership with a track record of developing creatives and elevating team output, not just directing execution
- Operates with proactive ownership as a baseline: identifies problems and drives solutions without waiting for structure or direction

As the Commercial Account Executive for Reforge Learning, you will work with our go-to-market team and cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing. You will sell and deliver on Reforge Learning’s value proposition to build AI-native product teams, while championing Miro’s mission to empower teams to create the next big thing.
About the Role
What you’ll do
- Serve as the sole Commercial AE, owning the entire segment end-to-end — from inbound qualification through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close — with no shared accountability and no handoffs
- Manage and improve a renewal book of business, building proactive at-scale interventions that identify at-risk accounts early and drive meaningful retention improvement without requiring a high-touch motion for every account
- Design and implement AI-native workflows and automation that allow a single person to operate at a volume and impact level that manual processes simply can't reach
- Own the playbook — defining the processes, cadences, and systems that will serve as the foundation for the segment and export learnings upmarket to the enterprise team over time
- Become a genuine product expert capable of having high-value conversations with product managers, VPs of Product, and CPOs about roadmaps, feedback loops, and team development
- Track and analyze your own performance data to identify what's working, iterate quickly on what isn't, and surface insights that improve outcomes across the broader commercial team
What you’ll need
- 2-4 years of B2B SaaS sales or account management experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in high-volume, transactional environments- you know what it feels like to own a number with no one to share it with
- Proven experience closing deals in the $10K-$30K ACV range at meaningful monthly volume- pipeline management at pace is second nature
- Demonstrated AI fluency, not just familiarity, but a track record of actively experimenting with and building AI-driven workflows that meaningfully improve your output
- High agency and comfort operating as a team of one- you create direction rather than waiting for it and are energized by full ownership without constant oversight
- Renewal or account management experience, you understand the full customer lifecycle and know how to drive retention at scale with limited direct contact
- Comfort with ambiguity, failure, and iteration, you treat a broken motion as an opportunity, test quickly, and improve without needing permission to try something new
- Strong async communication skills- clear, concise writing that moves deals and relationships forward efficiently in a remote-first environment

About the Role
What you’ll do
- Pigment Architecture & Ownership: Serve as the Lead Architect for our Pigment environment. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, design, build, UAT, and deployment
- Model Building: Assist in the building and refining of financial models (Headcount, Revenue/ARR, OpEx, and Cash Flow) directly within Pigment, ensuring they are dynamic, scalable, and audit-ready
- Data Strategy & Integrations: Provide overall support for the Finance Systems roadmap. Partner with our Biz Tech and Accounting to optimize data flows between Pigment and our tech stack (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake)
- Enablement: Act as the internal champion for Pigment. You will create documentation and lead training sessions to ensure the broader Finance and Business Org can self-serve and trust the data
- Process Engineering: Look beyond the software to improve the process. You will identify bottlenecks in our current planning cycles and automate them away
What you’ll need
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Finance, Data and Systems, Finance Systems or a similar role. At least 2+ years of hands-on experience as a "Model Builder" in a connected planning tool (Pigment experience is a huge plus, but any planning tool such as Anaplan or Adaptive is a plus)
- Systems Fluency: You think in dimensions, versions, and data types. You understand how to structure formulas that are efficient and easy for others to follow
- Problem Solver: You have a "builder" mindset. When a model breaks or a data sync fails, you enjoy digging into the logic to find the root cause
- Communication: Ability to translate "system-speak" into everyday language for the finance and business partners

What you’ll do
- Drive Revenue Growth: Close high-value deals with strong business cases and measurable customer outcomes
- Pipeline Generation: Dedicate 8-10 hours weekly to outbound prospecting across both new logos and expansion accounts
- Executive Engagement: Build relationships with VP+ decision-makers while creating Director+ champions to drive deals forward
- Sales & Qualification Methodology Execution: Leverage MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to qualify and advance opportunities
- Customer-Centric Selling: Develop a tailored value hypothesis for each of your accounts and develop tailored solutions that help the customer realize this value
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Value Advisory, Professional Services, Field Marketing, and Sales Development to orchestrate winning account strategies
- Adaptability & Grit: Demonstrate resilience, humility, and openness to change in a fast-paced, evolving environment
What you’ll need
- 6 years of closing experience in a SaaS sales organization
- 2+ years of experience closing seven-figure B2B deals
- Experience working in a territory of 3-10 Named Accounts
- Prior experience in both New Logo Acquisition and Expansion Account Executive roles
- A disciplined approach to outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Expert level proficiency in a specific sales and qualification methodology - Command of the Message and MEDDPICC preferred
- Proven success selling into Senior IT and/or Product personas
- Expertise in team, multi-product, and solution selling
- Track record of promotions and longevity in previous roles
- Willingness to travel up to ~25%

About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on annual and quarterly deal cycles, closing both net-net customers and expanding/renewing existing customers. Key responsibilities include: landing net-new customers to Miro, managing the Miro footprint and growth at our install base, building relationships with key stakeholders, and selling the value of Miro. You’ll work collaboratively with our CS, SE, and Marketing/events teams.
You will join a highly motivated, upbeat sales team that takes pride in nurturing existing relationships, finding new customers, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering the Miro value proposition to a wide base of accounts across various industries. We are a fast-growing company with plenty of opportunities for career growth for people who excel in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Prospect, Develop, close, and retain new and existing customers on our Miro Platform
- Manage a small, strategic book of Named accounts
- Reach out to new trials/users within customers to expand use cases and drive more revenue
- Work with Marketing and the SDR team on executing campaigns
- You will run effective discovery and demonstrations, partner with our customer success team to run success pilots
- Identify, Establish and Cultivate relationships with Senior Level Executives
- Forecast Pipeline Accurately and Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
- Help Blueprint and Drive Best Practices across the sales organization
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying SaaS sales role
- 3+ years of experience selling into enterprise accounts (big plus for proven 6-figure deal experience)
- Strong prospecting, territory & account planning, and team-selling experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Command of Message and MEDDPICC experience with a solid level of comfortability to hit the ground running
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and leverage data to make informed decisions
