About the Team
Reforge Learning is a small, high-impact commercial team operating at the intersection of world-class education and AI-powered product tooling. Recently acquired by Miro, the visual workspace used by 60M+ people and 99% of the Fortune 100, Reforge is entering a pivotal growth stage with more resources, more reach, and a bigger mandate than ever before.
The Customer Success team sits at the center of it all, working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure that Reforge’s most strategic customers, product leaders at Microsoft, Google, Capital One, and McKinsey, are wildly successful. This is a small team doing important work, and every person on it has a real voice in shaping what comes next.
About the Role
Reforge has built some of the strongest enterprise relationships in the product management world, and this role exists to deepen, protect, and grow them. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of Reforge’s most strategic accounts and serve as the primary advocate and trusted advisor to senior product leaders at some of the world’s most respected organizations.
This is not a maintenance role. Retention rates across the enterprise book need improvement, and we need someone with the horsepower, creativity, and builder mindset to fix that while also helping architect the CS function that will scale beyond your own book of business. You will balance the day-to-day execution of account management with the strategic work of building systems, playbooks, and engagement models that define what great Customer Success looks like at Reforge.

What you’ll do
- Own a portfolio of Reforge’s most strategic enterprise accounts including Microsoft, Google, Capital One, McKinsey, and others. Serve as the primary trusted advisor to VP and C-suite product leaders across multi-year, high-value relationships.
- Drive retention and expansion as your primary commercial responsibility. Proactively identify at-risk accounts, design targeted intervention strategies, and ensure every account renews and grows.
- Build the Customer Success function from the ground up by developing playbooks, health scoring models, onboarding frameworks, and engagement cadences that will serve as the foundation for the team as it scales.
- Act as the critical feedback loop between customers and internal teams by surfacing product insights, roadmap input, and customer sentiment to Sales, Product, and Marketing in a way that directly influences what gets built.
- Partner with the Enterprise Sales leader on go-to-market strategy, renewal negotiations, and expansion opportunities, operating at the commercial intersection of Customer Success and Sales.
- Leverage AI and automation to scale your impact by building workflows and systems that enable high-touch engagement at scale.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of enterprise CSM or strategic account management experience in B2B SaaS, with direct ownership of GDR and NDR metrics and a track record of improving retention outcomes.
- Proven ability to build Customer Success processes and playbooks from scratch. You have been an early or founding team member and know what it takes to create structure in ambiguous environments.
- Executive presence and communication skills that hold up in a room with a VP of Product at Google or a Chief of Staff at McKinsey. You can command a conversation and earn trust quickly.
- A builder mindset and genuine comfort with ambiguity. You are energized by a clean slate and view a broken retention rate as an opportunity rather than a red flag.
- A data-driven approach to account management. You use health signals, usage data, and engagement metrics to make proactive decisions.
- AI fluency and an automation mindset. You actively experiment with tools that make you more efficient and effective and consistently look for ways to scale your impact.
- A track record of influencing without authority. Cross-functional collaboration, internal advocacy, and stakeholder alignment come naturally to you.

About the Role
As the Head of AMER Sales, you will own all sales responsibility across major segments at Miro, leading the continued evolution from a collaboration tool into an AI-powered Innovation Workspace used by the world’s most dynamic companies.
You will be responsible for expanding and acquiring new logos across Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic segments by leading, developing, and enabling a high-performing team of 60+ sellers and leaders. You will join a highly motivated, fast-moving sales organization focused on driving meaningful customer outcomes — helping organizations transform how they collaborate, align, and innovate.
The Head of AMER Sales is an ambitious, systems-oriented leader who will play a critical role in shaping and executing Miro’s go-to-market strategy. You will build and scale a repeatable, signal-driven revenue engine, leveraging product usage, customer insights, and AI to drive consistent pipeline generation, expansion, and long-term customer value.
You will challenge customers to rethink how work gets done — positioning Miro not just as a tool, but as a platform that accelerates decision-making, unlocks cross-functional alignment, and drives business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Hire, coach, and lead a team of leaders and sellers to land + expand customers ranging from 500 to unlimited+ employees
- Help define and drive our overall GTM strategy across Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic segments, aligning to Miro’s evolution as an Innovation Workspace
- Build and scale programs that generate consistent, high-quality pipeline by leveraging product signals, customer insights, and AI-driven prospecting approaches
- Expand revenue within our installed base by identifying new use cases, teams, and lines of business within existing accounts
- Empower your team to drive trial adoption, activation, and expansion—turning user growth into enterprise-wide standardization
- Actively engage in strategic deals, guiding multi-threaded sales cycles and elevating deal strategy across complex buying groups
- Partner closely with Marketing to design and execute campaigns tied to real customer workflows, use cases, and industry needs
- Elevate the team’s discovery capabilities—uncovering how customers work today and identifying where Miro can fundamentally improve speed, alignment, and outcomes
- Embed AI into the sales motion—from prospecting and account prioritization to deal execution and forecasting
- Ensure strong operational rigor, with accurate CRM data and insights that inform pipeline strategy, forecasting, and growth planning
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline generation and closed business
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of management experience, with a strong track record of building, scaling, and evolving high-performing sales leadership teams in high-growth environments
- 15+ years of overall sales experience (IC + leadership) within a high-growth Enterprise SaaS company
- Proven ability to define and execute GTM strategy while building scalable, repeatable processes across segments
- Deep experience leading complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles across multiple personas and functions
- Strong experience with prospecting strategy, territory planning, and team-based selling motions

- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve sales productivity, pipeline generation, and customer engagement
- Experience incorporating AI tools and workflows into prospecting, research, personalization, and deal strategy
- Strong understanding of how AI can transform sales from activity-driven to signal-driven and system-enabled
- Comfortable operating as a hands-on leader — actively working with reps and engaging with customers to refine strategy and execution
- Excellent ability to identify friction points in the sales process and implement solutions that improve team effectiveness and efficiency

About the Role
What you’ll do
- Pigment Architecture & Ownership: Serve as the Lead Architect for our Pigment environment. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, design, build, UAT, and deployment
- Model Building: Assist in the building and refining of financial models (Headcount, Revenue/ARR, OpEx, and Cash Flow) directly within Pigment, ensuring they are dynamic, scalable, and audit-ready
- Data Strategy & Integrations: Provide overall support for the Finance Systems roadmap. Partner with our Biz Tech and Accounting to optimize data flows between Pigment and our tech stack (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake)
- Enablement: Act as the internal champion for Pigment. You will create documentation and lead training sessions to ensure the broader Finance and Business Org can self-serve and trust the data
- Process Engineering: Look beyond the software to improve the process. You will identify bottlenecks in our current planning cycles and automate them away
What you’ll need
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Finance, Data and Systems, Finance Systems or a similar role. At least 2+ years of hands-on experience as a "Model Builder" in a connected planning tool (Pigment experience is a huge plus, but any planning tool such as Anaplan or Adaptive is a plus)
- Systems Fluency: You think in dimensions, versions, and data types. You understand how to structure formulas that are efficient and easy for others to follow
- Problem Solver: You have a "builder" mindset. When a model breaks or a data sync fails, you enjoy digging into the logic to find the root cause
- Communication: Ability to translate "system-speak" into everyday language for the finance and business partners
