What you’ll do

Who you are -
- S. in computer science or equivalent
- 5 + years of experience as a server side developer, all the way from DB to UI (using C# – a must!, REST APIs, and asynchronous communication with Queues/Streams)
- 3+ years of experience with advance SQL (MSSQL/Oracle/MySql/PostgreSQL etc.)
- 2+ years of managerial experience – a must!

Role summary
We currently have an exciting and highly impactful opportunity for an Enterprise Center of Excellence Manager to join our Go to Market organization, owning strategic operations & change management needs for Payoneer’s global marketplace business. This role directly reports to the Director of Market Development of Global Enterprise.
We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to operate our Center of Excellence (CoE) within a fast-scaling SaaS fintech environment. This role will drive structured change management, lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, and proactively align regulatory and operational changes (e.g., new licenses, registration processes, KYC/KYB requirements) across the enterprise organization.
The ideal candidate combines regulatory fluency, enterprise SaaS expertise, and strong program leadership to ensure scalable, compliant, and customer-centric growth.

What you’ll do
Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Translate company strategy into scalable operating frameworks, playbooks, and governance models

- Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives

Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in fintech, enterprise SaaS or regulated financial services
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
- Experience building scalable processes, governance models, or Centers of Excellence
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead initiatives that include senior leaders

What you’ll do
You will be a core member of the Credit Cards engineering team, a high-impact unit responsible for the full card lifecycle, from ordering and issuing to limiting, managing, and monitoring card transactions. The team integrates with third-party payment processors, 3D Secure systems, and MasterCard, ensuring seamless, secure, and high-performance card operations for our customers.
You will lead technical initiatives across card systems, designing, building, and validating robust backend solutions that scale with business needs.
You will work closely with architects, security, product, and operations teams to modernize the existing card systems into a new event-driven architecture, introduce cloud-native patterns. Build it from scratch while ensuring that card business services remain reliable, secure, and performant.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the design, evolution and day-to-day ownership of Payoneer’s CI/CD delivery platform used across R&D

As a Senior FP&A Business Partner you will be part of a small, high-profile team, and play a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the business. Role summary –
As a Backend Engineer in the Pricing & Packaging R&D crew, you’ll help build our monetization platform from the ground up: pricing and packaging engines that power a global payments platform. You’ll work end-to-end on features – from discovery and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring – using modern AWS-based technologies and leveraging modern AI tools, while maintaining best engineering practices and high quality. This is not a surface-level content role — you will operate at the intersection of language, logic, and AI behavior, shaping how our agents reason, respond, escalate, and self-correct. As part of the Digital & AI team, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Analysts, CX, Operations, and Localization teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and trustworthy conversational solutions.

As a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer, you will operate and evolve Payoneer’s mission‑critical on‑premise and hybrid infrastructure that powers our financial services. You will be responsible for running secure, highly available VMware‑based data center environments, integrating them with public cloud platforms, and providing reliable infrastructure services to R&D, DataOps, and DevOps teams in a regulated FinTech environment.
This role combines hands‑on operations, automation, monitoring, infrastructure hardening, and close collaboration with security and application teams to ensure our platforms remain resilient, compliant, and ready to scale.
While titled DevOps, this is an infrastructure‑focused role, with an emphasis on operating and evolving on‑prem and hybrid platforms rather than application‑level CI/CD pipelines.
What you'll do:

Who you are:

As an R&D Team Leader in the Pricing & Packaging R&D crew, you’ll be a key contributor to designing and building our monetization platform – pricing and packaging engines that drive the core business model of our payments platform.
