The Role
As an Account Executive at NewRocket, you will drive new business sales revenue in a fast-growing environment across all industries. Your focus will be on helping mid-market organizations accelerate their digital transformation journey by leveraging the power of ServiceNow solutions. You will accomplish this through strategic account planning, territory management, and executing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects.
What you’ll get to do in this role:
- Develop relationships with key C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across a broad range of industries and product lines.
- Lead and orchestrate account strategy by mapping client relationships and leveraging a diverse virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Customer Success resources, Partners, and Marketing).
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding your customers’ unique business challenges and advising on how ServiceNow solutions can enhance their IT and business roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and support teams to ensure the right resources are engaged at the right time to close deals effectively.
- Continuously build a healthy pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities in your territory.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of sales experience in software or solutions, with a strong track record in mid-market or enterprise environments.
- Selling outcome-based service solutions on ServiceNow or equivalent SaaS enterprise platforms.
- Experience selling into the Manufacturing vertical, primary, or retail, secondary
- Demonstrated success hunting to open new logos and expand accounts
- Experience level 4-years minimum selling into Enterprise accounts
- Seniority should be mid-senior to senior level
- Someone with a consulting background in Manufacturing is preferred.
- Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with both current and prospective clients, as well as collaborating with internal teams.
- Demonstrated success in producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with C-level executives.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to understand the “big picture” and align sales strategies with broader IT and business objectives.
- A team-oriented approach, promoting a “win as a team” culture that prioritizes customer success.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Why You
We are seeking an Account Executive for our expanding Sales team in the West coast region of the US. This candidate will need to be located in California You will be responsible for new account development, account management, territory development, sales operations and professional development. This is a unique position that will expand our ServiceNow products and territory within the manufacturing and retail sector.
The Role
- Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with influential contacts within Key Accounts.
- Identify, partner and develop account plans for ServiceNow solution for target territory, actively developing strategies that result in providing the best to our customers.
- Responsible for new account development, account management, territory development, sales operations and professional development.
- Serve our customers who are located within designated region.
- Travel based on client and project needs, including visiting top 25 accounts on a quarterly basis. This may include transporting client, prospective clients, and/or coworkers to various functions.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
- Draft proposals and statements of work for solutions.
- Customer focused with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
What You Will Be Doing
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and terms of agreement.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms and delivery dates.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Create a business plan outlining how you will manage sales and develop business within the region, including designing innovative marketing events.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports. Includes providing biweekly forecast.
- Communicate with Sales Operations of any and all issues related to billing, etc.
- Understand the product and solutions, including attend classes and seminars related to industry, services, and products.
What You Bring Along
- Minimum 4 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions for a premier or elite ServiceNow partners, or competing product
- Existing field level relationship in the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Successful experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients in the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
- Experience leading multiple concurrent sales cycles from opportunity identification through closure Proven track record of at least 3 contiguous years of achieving or exceeding quota
- Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative, influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholders
Education:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Your Career

We are hiring for a Business Process Consultant - HRSD within our Service Delivery organization. The Business Process Consultant is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Senior Business Analysts to capture customers’ business processes and desired outcomes. The Business Process Architect will manage customer outcomes on complex level, enterprise projects.
Your Impact
- Facilitate executive level workshops, translating business requirements into prioritized outcomes
- Conduct workshops and lead multiple implementations from a customer strategy standpoint
- Lead customers in process definition and mapping

The Role
NewRocket is hiring a Global Strategist (HRSD). Our Global Strategists are recognized thought leaders in the market. They are a key member of our Leadership Team, partnering closely with the Global Strategy Consulting (Advisory) Leader to ensure we develop and share our point of view on the ServiceNow HR - Employee solutions. The Role
As a ServiceNow Practice Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services, for large client programs. The Practice Strategist is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Software Engineers on projects and aligning project tasks to engineers’ skill set. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for hosting workshops, architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The Practice Strategist will provide technical pre-sales support and input regarding solutions, structure, and growth for complex professional services projects. The candidate will join an existing team working within the US and Canada.
Your Impact
- Assist Pre-Sales team with scoping service engagements typically involving multiple ServiceNow products and complex integrations with client applications/systems
- Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for projects and as the face of the engineering team to the customer
- Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with the client’s business problems and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices
- Write/estimate Stories, monitor engineers work, and own overall quality and delivery of development; may perform a portion of development on Stories that cannot be delegated
- Responsible for demos and delivery of additional documentation, proof of concepts, and knowledge transfer activities for project and crew members
- Work collaboratively with Project Manager to monitor for scope creep and resolve critical path technical issues, complex business processes, and escalations from customers
- Collaborate with Pre-sales and project managers to ensure solutions are not introducing unnecessary customization and minimize technical debt
- Draft and publish to company repository technical and process documentation.
- Prepare and facilitate customer workshops to capture and define customer’s requirements.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales team and Delivery Organization on creating plans that drives results based on the customers’ requirements and budget
- Research industry impact and innovative opportunities to propose NewRocket product enhancements.
- Provide engineers with architectural blueprints/requirements for implementations
Your Experience
- Deep understanding of Telecom systems, processes and industry standards and practices.
- 8-12 years’ experience at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Development Company.
- 3+ Years of ServiceNow Platform Experience with an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
- Deep experience with TSM, TNI, ITSM, FSM on the ServiceNow Platform, experience with Order Management for Customer Service Management
- Passion in engineering science and technology. Applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of managed services.
- Collaboration with customers is something you love to do! Including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex situations.
- Fundamental understanding of the CSM data model (Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Entitlements, etc.).
- Experience with documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lucidchart).
- Adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment!
- Proven ability to consult as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in client environments
- Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation and/or CSDM, Common Service Data Model.
- Proficient in one of the following product lines: CSM, HR, ITBM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, SecOps, or Software Asset Mgmt.
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
Education:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) desired.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (specific domain area) required, current or obtain within 6 months

Role Overview

This role focuses on applying machine learning, generative AI, and advanced data engineering techniques to enrich, harmonize, and optimize enterprise data. What You Will Be Doing

The Role

- NewRocket’s global Performance Management, Development Planning, and Career Planning cycles as part of the end-to-end annual Talent Cycle plan.
- Global Learning and Development expert for consulting across BUs and regions on learning solutions, program design, development and facilitation
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Deep understanding of business vision, mission, and strategy, staying abreast of emerging business priorities to ensure Talent Practices, L&D plans, and culture touch points remain aligned as enablers of success and drive a high performance, high growth culture.

The salary range for this job is $141,000t o $175,000 in the United States, including (but not limited to) California, Colorado, and New York City. Your Impact
The Regional Service Delivery Director is responsible for ensuring delivery and operational excellence, customer satisfaction and portfolio growth within their Area. This encompasses developing, owning and managing customer relationships to deliver seamless execution for clients across the NewRocket service offerings. In conjunction with Project Managers and other engagement oversight roles, the Area Delivery Director will oversee the entire portfolio to ensure successful delivery using a hands-on approach, providing direction, guidance and oversight. This could include serving as an escalation point, ensuring compliance and quality delivery, client satisfaction, controlling project margin, etc.
In addition to delivery excellence, the Area Delivery Director will partner with the sales organization to drive growth and expansion within the Area by providing support to drive successful bookings. In this capacity, the Area Delivery Director will focus on developing a rapport with prospects, understanding scope, estimates and staffing needs. Upon closing of opportunities, the Area Delivery Director will be accountable for ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to the formed delivery team. The Director is responsible for an Enterprise portfolio; complex, large-scale programs and/or projects within their assigned Area. The incumbent works with the VP Professional Service, VP Managed Services and North America Delivery head to define and implement a best-in-class delivery organization. Must maintain a team environment of trust, collaboration, and high-performance, while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Delivery Excellence
- Ensure 5-star quality delivery
- Develop trust relationship with customer to drive success of project and future growth
- Collaborate with the Resourcing team to ensure project teams are staffed for success
- Collaborate with VP of Professional Services to ensure the right capability expertise is provided on the project
- Transitioning clients smoothly from the sales process to the delivery team including; SOW (Statement of Work) reviews, defining project roles and responsibilities for kick off, and facilitating kick off preparation.
- Maintaining an active role on a subset of projects in a project oversight role including; having a proactive engagement with the customer executives, serving as an escalation point, ensuring compliance and quality delivery, and controlling billable and non-billable time.
- Manage and resolve project escalations across the portfolio as required
- Drive compliance and accountability to NewRocket methodology and delivery standards
- Collaborate with the Delivery Excellence team to ensure continuous improvements to Delivery Excellence framework
- Communicate and promote the delivery excellence approach to Global Delivery team
Operational Excellence
- Oversee portfolio planning,
- Accountable for Area forecast
- Ensure Portfolio and projects are contributing to margin as expected
- Drive effective and productive usage of India resources
People Management
- Coach and mentor Crew Members both direct and indirect reports
- Oversee the development of Crew Members. Manage career progression including participation in hiring, performance reviews, mentoring and coaching
- Facilitate the execution of the Career Coach model being implemented at NewRocket
Region Growth
- a. Participate in pre-sales customer meetings, deal reviews, SOW and RFP reviews
- b. In partnership with Sales, drive and influence bookings within new logos and existing accounts
- c. Collaborate with Sales to define standards for hand-off to delivery and alignment on customer expectations in line with SOW
- d. Align with Area Sales lead to help drive opportunities to meet bookings and revenue targets

What You Bring Along
- 12+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting
- 8-12 years of experience in Program and Project Management
- 5+ years in portfolio management
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Deep knowledge of consulting and services
- Deep knowledge of Portfolio management methodologies
- Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess and mitigate risk
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities
- Lead and motivate multifunctional teams located across multiple time zones
- Strong people leader with ability to provide positive and constructive feedback effectively
