Role Overview

NewRocket is seeking an AI Data Intelligence Lead to design and build AI-powered capabilities that modernize enterprise data and transform it into AI-ready operational context.

This role focuses on applying machine learning, generative AI, and advanced data engineering techniques to enrich, harmonize, and optimize enterprise data. These capabilities enable agentic AI systems, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI platforms to operate on trusted, contextual, and continuously improving data.

As part of the AI Foundry within NewRocket’s AI Center of Excellence, this role will help establish the AI Data Readiness layer of the NewRocket Intelligence Platform, enabling scalable AI deployments across enterprise environments including ServiceNow and other operational platforms.

• 8+ years in data engineering, machine learning, or AI-driven data platforms
• Experience building AI-powered data pipelines or data intelligence systems

The Role

NewRocket is a global team made up of ServiceNow professionals who help our customers run and grow their ServiceNow environments. We are hiring a ServiceNow Solution Architect -AI with strong ServiceNow development & implementation experience. The Solution Architect is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Senior Software Engineers/Software Engineers who provide the development of project professional services for customers. The Architect will implement and develop customizations based on functional and technical requirements using leading practices and internal code standards on large-scale more complex professional services projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• As a ServiceNow Solution Architect AI , you will interface with end-users, IT teams and key stakeholders to gather systems requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics solutions into any of the ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD).
• Manage all aspects of application development, including design, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting systems.
• Write complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming language and techniques.
• Design custom or product-based solutions based on ServiceNow applications
• Configuring integrations between ServiceNow via REST/SOAP web and other applications
• Reflect impact assessment rules within service maps and validate with technical SMEs and stakeholders
• Participate in user acceptance testing of the resulting maps, impact rules and event management work
• Promote your update sets and data across applicable SN environments
• Remediate any production incidents that arise related to this scope
• Align with existing SN technical lead for map/event work to ensure consistent approach that does not break shared patterns

What You Bring Along

• 8+ years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow in 2 or more capabilities (i.e. ITSM,ITOM etc.)
• Strong experience with ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and Now Assist, leveraging AI-driven insights to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Now Assist features such as AI-powered case summarization, resolution recommendations, and conversational workflows.
• Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms using both mid servers and cloud to cloud 
• Experience working with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and any bi-directional, automated integration between two systems.
• Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations
• Proven experience with implementing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows to meet business requirements
• Experience in aspects of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Scripting.

Education:

Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Role Overview

NewRocket is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join the AI Foundry team and work directly with customers to deploy and operationalize AI-powered workflow solutions.

This role blends full-stack engineering, AI implementation, and client-facing solution delivery. Forward Deployed AI Engineers partner closely with business consultants, product teams, and customer stakeholders to translate real-world problems into deployable AI-driven solutions.

You will help customers implement agentic AI workflows, intelligent automations, and AI-powered integrations within ServiceNow and enterprise ecosystems, while also contributing to the evolution of NewRocket’s AI platforms, accelerators, and intellectual property, including the NewRocket Intelligence Platform, Value Realization Dashboard, and Data Intelligence Platform.

This role requires strong engineering skills, curiosity about emerging AI technologies, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & AI Solution Implementation

Deploy and configure agentic AI workflows and AI-powered automations within client ServiceNow environments.

Translate customer business requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans.

Implement and integrate NewRocket Agent Packs and AI solutions into enterprise environments.

Work directly with customers to tailor AI solutions to their operational workflows and business processes.

Solution Engineering & Prototyping

Build demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations to validate AI-driven workflows with clients.

Required Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, or automation systems.

Strong engineering foundation with experience in full-stack development, scripting, or enterprise integrations.

Experience working with AI / LLM technologies or AI-powered applications.

Experience operating in client-facing engineering or consulting roles.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience with languages such as:

JavaScript / TypeScript

Python

or similar scripting languages.

Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Experience (Strong Plus)
