The Business Process Architect is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Senior Business Analysts to capture customers’ business processes and desired outcomes. Role Overview
NewRocket is establishing a Strategic Consulting delivery unit focused on Adoption, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Value Measurement to ensure every ServiceNow deployment delivers sustained business outcomes. The Director, Adoption Consulting is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and operating this capability through a hybrid workforce model that combines expert consultants with AI‑powered enablement and analytics.
This leader will redefine how adoption, training, and change are delivered—moving from labor‑intensive, bespoke approaches to repeatable, AI‑enabled, outcome‑driven solutions embedded directly into Advisory Consulting and/or ServiceNow delivery.
