To continue shaping the future of commerce, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager - Analytics to join our mission. We win through collaboration, not competition, fostering a culture where curiosity and respect lead to shared success. If you are a high performer who thrives in fast-paced environments, this is an opportunity to innovate and leave a lasting mark on one of the world's most disruptive industries. Ready to shape what's next? Let's go.
What you'll do:
Grow and lead the UK analytics team - define the right team shape (analyst mix, seniority, coverage), make the hires, and develop them into a high-performing function.
Own the UK analytical roadmap - translate commercial questions from across the business into work that gets used. Push back on requests that won't move the number; protect team capacity for work that will.
Steward the existing data infrastructure - maintain and evolve our dbt models, Snowflake warehouse, and Databricks workflows. Ensure pipelines are reliable, well-documented, and trusted by the business. Partner with central data engineering on platform-level changes.
Be a senior thought partner to the UK senior leadership team – sit alongside business leaders, not behind them. Bring a point of view on commercial trade-offs grounded in data.
Raise the bar on rigour and impact – coach analysts on the right level of statistical rigour for the decision in front of them, on writing for executive audiences, and on holding their ground commercially.
What we're looking for:
8+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Expert-level SQL and proficiency with modern data stack tools (dbt, Snowflake, Looker or similar).
Experience building and managing analytics teams in high-growth consumer or delivery businesses.
Commercial fluency. You understand what moves the numbers in a consumer business – frequency, retention, basket, margin, CAC – and you can identify which analyses will actually shift them and which won't.
Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits:
We want to help our employees stay safe and healthy. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision and mental health support to all eligible employees.
Company RSUs (Restricted Stock Units)
GoPuff employee rewards (including some great brand partnership deals)
Career growth opportunities
Annual performance appraisal and bonus

We believe in diversity and encourage any qualified individual to apply.
At Gopuff, we don’t just deliver products; we deliver efficiency.
Since 2013, we’ve pioneered the "Instant Needs" category, turning what used to be a 45-minute errand into a 15-minute solution. We are a tech-first, operationally obsessed engine that is fundamentally changing how the world shops.
Now, we’re looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join the front lines of our Data team.
We value drive over pedigree and ego-less collaboration over competition. At Gopuff, data is for empowerment, not gatekeeping. We have zero room for arrogance, but infinite space for curiosity, grit, and a "no job too small" mindset.
If you’re a high-performer who feels stifled by slow-moving corporate machines, this role is for you. You thrive in the "grey area" of ambiguity and are energised by the prospect of leaving a lasting mark on a disruptive industry.
You will:
Advanced Analytics: Develop innovative measurement and analytical approaches that build an understanding of performance and customers, embedding these learnings into day-to-day decision-making across the organisation.
Quantitative Analysis: Answer complex business questions through detailed quantitative analysis and experimentation, extracting meaningful and actionable insights.
Strategic Influence: Influence both strategic and tactical decision-making among leadership and cross-functional teams through strong communication and by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Data Infrastructure: Act as the primary partner for central Analytics & Data Engineering teams to implement reliable and scalable data pipelines that manage and transform essential information.
Commercial Modeling: Build the necessary models and tools to inform pricing strategies, helping stakeholders maintain a competitive position versus competitors while maximizing margin opportunity.
Insight Integration: Partner with Customer Insights teams, supporting customer and competitor research projects and helping to embed those learnings into operational workflows.
Data Culture: Proactively build and nurture a culture of data-driven decision-making by coaching and supporting teams to increase their data literacy and confidence.
Mentorship: Support and mentor other analysts in the team to help them develop their skills and deliver high-quality results.
You have:
5+ years of experience in analytics or data science - preferably in fields related to grocery, trading, marketing, or consumer product.
A strong understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative discipline is beneficial, but not essential.
Expert skills in SQL and databases, able to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets.
Experience with dbt is a strong plus, along with Python or R and Github.
Development experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI. Experience with Looker and LookML in particular is strongly preferred.
A strong and confident communication style, with good knowledge of data visualisation and storytelling.
A high degree of curiosity, comfortable gathering and analysing large amounts of data across a variety of business dimensions.
The role will be London-based, with the candidate ideally based in/around London or able to come to the office on a regular basis.
Benefits:
We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision and Mental health support to all eligible employees.
Company RSUs (Restricted Stock Units).
Gopuff employee rewards (including some great brand partnership deals).

Gopuff invented the instant needs category. We didn't join a trend; we created one.
Since 2013 we've built the infrastructure, the brand, and the obsession that lets us put almost anything in a customer's hands in under 30 minutes.
Now we're doubling down on sustainable UK growth, and we're looking for a Paid Media
Specialist who wants to own performance marketing across a multi-million pound budget; not
babysit it. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who gets genuinely excited
about a LTVCAC breakthrough at 9am and wants to figure out why by 9:15.
You'll sit inside a lean Growth team that moves fast, tests everything, and has the data infrastructure and creative firepower to back you up. If you want to spend the next few years
learning more about growth marketing than most people learn in ten, this is the role.
What you'll own:
Campaign execution & optimisation: you'll run paid campaigns end-to-end across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. That means building, launching, bidding, and relentlessly optimising; not only handing briefs to agencies and waiting. You'll be in the accounts daily.
Performance & attribution: you'll track and interrogate the metrics that actually matter: CAC, LTV, blended ROAS, incrementality, and payback period. You'll own the reporting layer that keeps the team sharp and honest.
Agency & partner management: you'll manage external agency relationships with clear KPIs and a high bar. You know when to push back, when to trust, and when to bring work in-house.
Creative testing: you'll work closely with our creative team to build a structured testing programme across ad formats, hooks, and messaging. You understand that the creative is the targeting.
AI-powered workflows: you'll iterate on, execute and improve our internal AI-assisted marketing workflows, helping the team move faster and reduce manual overhead without sacrificing quality.
What we're looking for:
1–3 years of hands-on paid media experience; you've managed live campaigns yourself, not just observed them.
Demonstrable proficiency in at least two of: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads
Strong analytical instincts; you're comfortable building pivot tables, interrogating attribution data, and telling a clear story from messy numbers.
A commercial mindset; you think about unit economics, not just CTR.
High attention to detail and a low tolerance for avoidable errors. Never making the same mistake twice.
Strong signals we'll look for:
Experience at a VC-backed startup, scale-up, or performance marketing agency.
Familiarity with incrementality testing, MMM, or multi-touch attribution.
Experience using Looker, AppsFlyer, Snowflake or similar analytics tools.
Some exposure to lifecycle/CRM marketing and how it intersects with paid.
You move fast but don't cut corners on quality.
You ask "why" before you ask "what"; you want to understand the underlying business, not just execute tasks.
You're as comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders as you are in the weeds of a campaign.
You share what you learn. We have no time for knowledge hoarding.
