About the Role:

Glean is seeking a Corporate Account Executive to help high‑growth companies become truly AI‑native. As a quota‑carrying AE, you’ll run full‑cycle deals in the 50–300 employee segment, driving net‑new logos and expansion for our Work AI platform that combines enterprise search, an AI assistant, and powerful agents in a single experience. You’ll partner closely with SDRs, SEs, and sales leadership to build pipeline, run sharp discovery, and close repeatable, multi‑stakeholder SaaS deals.

You will:

Source and close net new logos within a given territory
Have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions
Research and understand the business objectives of your customers and have the ability to perform a value drive sales cycle
Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
You will consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric based approach
Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings
Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions
Create ROI and business justification reports based off of a data driven approach
Run tight POCs based off of business success criteria

About you:

2+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performer
Ability to learn, pitch and demonstrate a highly technical product and have the ability to adapt in a fast growing and changing environment
Have clear examples of deals closing you have been directly involved in
Effectively use a repeatable method for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out a new territory
Previous experience building relationships and selling face to face to C level executives
Knowledge of best of breed softwares and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security and analytics
Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutions
Basic understanding of search infrastructure is a plus
You have previous experience working with multiple teammates including SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives & Engineers
Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDPIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies is a plus.

Location:

This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our San Francisco office)

Compensation & Benefits:

The standard OTE range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

You'll join as a founding member of Glean's forward deployed team and operate with the autonomy and accountability of a founder. Your job is to discover and build Glean's next generation of product surfaces, working in a pod with Forward Deployed PMs directly with the C-suite of the world's most influential companies and with Glean's own engineering and product teams.

Glean is a fully horizontal AI platform - and that scope is what makes this role unique. You won't be configuring existing products or optimizing within defined constraints. You'll identify the biggest unsolved business problems at our most strategic customers, build entirely new products to solve them, and in doing so shape what Glean becomes. You will:

Discover and build Glean's next product surfaces: Your primary job is 0-to-1 product creation. Nothing about what you're building is predefined - you'll work with your FDPM to identify where Glean's platform can be extended to solve problems no product currently solves, then design and ship it. What you build becomes what Glean ships.
Lead deep opportunity discovery: Before you write a line of code, you go deep on the business. What's structurally broken? Where is the biggest concentration of unsolved value? What's actually buildable, and what's the fastest path to something real that can be tested and learned from? You'll form strong hypotheses alongside your FDPM and pressure-test them directly with the people who have to live with the outcome.
Be a technical partner to the C-suite: You'll earn trust at the highest levels of your customer organizations - not just with technical teams, but with the executives who are accountable for outcomes. You can explain what you're building, why it will work, and what the risks are to anyone in the room.
Scale what works Once something works, you'll make it repeatable - working closely with the core R&D team to ensure the product is scalable
Stay at the frontier with Glean's R&D team: You'll work closely with Glean's core engineering and product teams, staying ahead of what's possible on the platform and actively shaping how its capabilities evolve. What you encounter in the field directly informs what gets built next.

About you:

You think like a founder. When you walk into a customer, you're curious about the business, digging into what's broken, and figuring out what to build that doesn't yet exist. You're scrappy and resourceful, you move fast enough to learn, and you're as comfortable in a strategic discussion with a CEO as you are deep in a codebase. Production AI experience: You've shipped AI-powered solutions in the real world - prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, deployment at scale. Not just prototypes.
Full-stack technical depth: Strong programming skills across the stack with a deep understanding of and experience with how enterprise systems actually work.

About the Role:

Glean is looking for software engineers to help build the world's best search and assistant product for work. Our engineers work on a range of systems across the stack, including generative AI, RAG, query understanding, document understanding, domain-adapted language models, natural language question-answering, evaluation, and experimentation. We interact regularly with customers, deeply understand their pain points, and use whatever tool is necessary, simple or complex, to solve their problems.

You will:

Design, build, and improve AI/ML systems and data pipelines infrastructure, including platforms that power large language model serving, routing, and orchestration at scale.
Work with and enable other engineers focused on modeling and Agentic capabilities
Build agentic systems that leverage AI to proactively monitor, diagnose, debug and maintain infrastructure health at scale across cloud deployments
Write robust code that's easy to read, maintain, and test
Mentor more junior engineers, or learn from battle-tested ones

About you:

2-5 years of experience
BA/BS in computer science, math, sciences, or a related degree
Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready software, ideally around AI/ML infrastructure (Batch processing pipelines, Serving infrastructure, LLM orchestration etc.)
Strong coding skills (Python, Go, Java)
Thrive in a customer-focused, tight-knit and cross-functional environment — being a team player and willing to take on whatever is most impactful for the company is a must

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and Technical Enablement Manager to focus on the enablement of our post sales teams; including Solutions Architects (SAs), AI Outcomes Managers (AIOMs) and Support teams. About you:

Deep knowledge of or direct experience with LLMs/AI required.

You will:

Discover and build Glean's next product surfaces: Your primary job is 0-to-1 product creation. Lead deep opportunity discovery: Before you write a line of code, you go deep on the business. What's structurally broken? Where is the biggest concentration of unsolved value? What's actually buildable, and what's the fastest path to something real that can be tested and learned from? You'll form strong hypotheses alongside your FDPM and pressure-test them directly with the people who have to live with the outcome.

Scale what works Once something works, you'll make it repeatable - working closely with the core R&D team to ensure the product is scalable

About the Role:

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to join our GTM Strategic Finance team and partner with our GTM organizations. The Strategic Finance team at Glean is dedicated to addressing some of the company's most critical business challenges. This team is in charge of managing the company's budget, driving quarterly and annual planning processes, efficiently allocating and deploying the company's resources, conducting financial analyses in collaboration with all departments across the company, owning financial planning systems, and playing a crucial role in investor relations and treasury.

You will act as a thought partner to the VP of Sales and GTM leadership team, bringing financial insights, strategic analysis, and decision support to accelerate customer acquisition and drive efficient growth. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and GTM—ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and loves turning data into action.

You will:

Own the topline capacity model and net new ARR Finance forecast for the company
Serve as a thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders in GTM to ensure they have the necessary resource allocations to invest in key investments/initiatives
Drive alignment on KPIs and key metrics to track team-specific and company-wide trends, growth initiatives, business performance, and provide visibility into operating performance

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a lead engineer to drive the billing and revenue platform that powers Glean’s consumption-based pricing for our AI products. As a lead engineer, you’ll provide deep technical leadership and own critical parts of our billing stack end to end. You’ll work closely with Product, Finance, Data, and Go-To-Market to ensure every AI feature we ship is accurately metered, transparently billed, and margin-positive. About you:

5+ years of industry software engineering experience, including 2 years as tech lead or lead engineer on complex projects.

Meaningful experience with billing, payments, pricing, or other revenue-critical systems (usage-based or subscription); or you have built similarly high-integrity, auditable systems.

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a strategic and process-oriented Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager to own end-to-end campaign execution, measurement, and quality for our highest‑impact go‑to‑market programs. You will:

Own end‑to‑end build, launch, and QA for Tier 0 and other high‑impact campaigns (product drops, strategic webinars, flagship events, ABM programs, partner campaigns) in Marketo and Salesforce.
Serve as the real-time operational counterpart to Demand Gen and SDR leaders during key launches (e.g., content updates, last‑minute list changes, routing or SLA tweaks).
Own the campaign architecture across Marketo and Salesforce for your scope: program templates, channel and SFDC campaign types, UTMs, statuses, and success definitions.

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce campaigns, opportunities, leads/contacts, and how they connect to reporting and attribution.

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a GTM Onboarding & Readiness Manager to own and uplevel our 30-60-90 GTM onboarding program (Glean|GOES) across roles and regions. This person will lead Glean’s modern, AI‑forward onboarding experience that ramps new hires across pre-sales, sales and post-sales to productivity quickly and predictably. You will be responsible for managing a cohesive, role and segment‑based onboarding journey from Day 1 through full ramp. You’ll partner cross-functionally to ensure new hires are not just certified on knowledge, but are conversation‑ready, execution‑ready, and AI‑empowered. This role requires a blend of instructional design, deep GTM experience (beyond just AE), and strategic program ownership, as well as a strong bias and ability toward using AI to scale learning, executing, coaching, and content.

You will:

Own GTM onboarding and role-based readiness
- Own onboarding frameworks for GTM roles from Day 1 through full ramp.
- Uplevel a cohesive onboarding journey that blends live sessions, self‑paced content, peer learning, shadowing, certifications and quarterly in-person workshops into a single, impactful new‑hire experience.
Build AI‑forward, scalable learning and readiness experiences
- Prioritize a Glean-on-Glean onboarding experience (e.g., AI‑assisted practice, simulations, deal reviews, content retrieval) so new hires learn “the Glean way” of working with AI from day one.
- Create repeatable, modular enablement assets that can be easily updated and discovered and are optimized for AI retrieval and usage.
Partner with GTM leaders across the customer journey
- Align onboarding to team motions, metrics, and customer lifecycle responsibilities.
- Ensure onboarding reflects our current product, positioning, and revenue priorities, and that new hires can tell a consistent, value‑driven story.
Drive data‑driven readiness and continuous improvement
- Own onboarding KPIs (e.g., time‑to‑first‑meeting, time‑to‑first‑deal/renewal, pipeline creation, leading indicator behaviors, competency assessment scores).
- Manage feedback loops with new hires, managers, and stakeholders to continuously improve and iterate.
Deliver engaging training and readiness certifications
- Facilitate (or enable others to facilitate) high‑impact live sessions, practical workshops, deal/practice reviews, and role‑plays for GTM new hires across roles.
- Design and run certifications that validate real‑world performance.
- Equip managers to reinforce onboarding in their 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and team meetings.
Operate as a builder and program owner
- Manage multiple onboarding cohorts and readiness workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

About you:

7+ years combined experience across GTM enablement, sales or technical GTM roles with at least 2+ years owning or heavily shaping onboarding programs.
Direct experience working in or supporting GTM roles and comfort designing for different responsibilities across the customer lifecycle.
Hands‑on experience using AI tools in GTM workflows.
Demonstrated ability to architect and run end‑to‑end onboarding and readiness programs, including curriculum design, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both new‑to‑role hires and seasoned senior individual contributors.

About the Role:

Glean is seeking an Onboarding & Training Lead to build and run a high-touch, scalable onboarding experience for new hires globally. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end new hire journey—from pre-boarding through the first 90 days—designing programs that are engaging, community-building, and tightly connected to our culture and ways of working. You’ll also drive lightweight training initiatives, with a particular focus on manager enablement and core skills training, partnering closely with HRBPs, Recruiting, Workplace, and functional leaders to ensure new hires and managers have the tools, training, and clarity they need to be successful.

You will:

Design and run new hire onboarding
- Own the company-wide onboarding strategy and calendar- from pre-boarding communications through day 1, week 1, and 30/60/90-day milestones for new hires globally.
- Elevate our in-person and hybrid onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, informed, and connected, whether they’re joining an office hub or remotely.
- Facilitate live onboarding sessions (e.g., company overview, culture and values, tools and systems, “how we work” norms) and coordinate guest speakers from across the business.
Drive follow-up touchpoints and community
- Implement structured 30/60/90-day touchpoints, including checklists, surveys, and manager prompts to ensure new hires are ramping effectively and have what they need to succeed.
- Stand up lightweight new hire communities (e.g., cohorts, buddy programs, new-hire office hours) and recurring connection points such as welcome events or new hire happy hours.
- Partner with Workplace and local office leads to ensure physical space, events, and onsite experiences reinforce a positive onboarding journey.
Lead lightweight L&D and manager enablement
- Coordinate and run monthly manager meetings and enablement sessions on core topics such as performance, feedback, 1:1s, and onboarding best practices.
- Curate and maintain a self-serve learning library (playbooks, templates, checklists, videos) for managers and new hires, leveraging tools like Glean, LinkedIn Learning, and internal documentation.
- Partner with functional enablement teams (e.g., Sales Enablement) to extend relevant role-based onboarding content into the company-wide experience where appropriate.
Measure, improve, and report on impact
- Define and track key onboarding and learning metrics, such as time-to-productivity, new hire satisfaction in the first 90 days, and manager feedback on readiness.
- Use data and qualitative feedback to continuously iterate on programs, content, and delivery, ensuring we stay aligned with business needs and employee expectations.
- Partner with People Analytics and Systems teams to build simple dashboards or recurring reports that give leaders visibility into onboarding health and trends.
Program operations and cross-functional partnership
- Own the operational backbone of onboarding: schedules, comms, registration flows, documentation, and internal FAQs, in partnership with HR Ops, IT, Workplace, and Recruiting.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between Recruiting, HR, IT, and managers so that laptops, access, workspace, and key systems are ready for new hires on day one.
- Maintain clear, accessible documentation for all onboarding and core learning programs, including process maps, facilitator guides, and participant materials.

About you:

4+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, L&D, or Employee Experience, with a strong focus on new hire onboarding, program management, or internal training in high-growth environments.
Proven ability to design and run scalable programs end-to-end - from needs assessment and content design to facilitation, measurement, and iteration.
Comfortable facilitating live sessions (virtual and in-person) with groups of managers and new hires; you bring energy, clarity, and structure to every session.
Data-informed and operationally minded - you use metrics, surveys, and feedback to decide where to focus and how to improve.
Strong cross-functional collaborator who can partner with HRBPs, Recruiting, Workplace, IT, and business leaders and influence without formal authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex information into simple, actionable guidance for new hires and managers.

Compensation & Benefits:

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Tech Lead Manager of the Admin Console team to lead one of the most important product surfaces at Glean: the admin experience that helps customers deploy, govern, and scale Glean across their organizations. This is a high-impact, full-stack leadership role for an engineering leader who can guide architecture, partner deeply with product and design, and grow a small but strategically important team. The Admin Console is the control plane for enterprise activation, admin confidence, and scalable rollout. Admins use it to configure authentication, data sources, permissions, governance, search settings, AI features, and deployment health from a self-serve central hub. As Glean evolves from a search company into an AI platform, this team’s mission is evolving too: from managing data sources to helping admins manage the broader context layer of the system, including actions, live data, governance, and AI configuration.

You will:

Lead and grow the Admin Console engineering team, providing both people leadership and strong technical direction.
Own architecture and execution for core admin-facing workflows including data source setup, security configuration, deployment management, and feature rollout controls.
Partner closely with Product and Design to simplify complex enterprise workflows and make the admin experience more intuitive and scalable.
Help evolve the Admin Console from a system centered on crawlers and data setup into a broader control plane for enterprise context, actions, governance, and AI capability management.
Improve self-serve activation so admins can get their organizations up and running faster, with less dependency on human support.
Improve visibility into crawl health, connector status, indexing progress, permissions, and rollout readiness so admins can confidently understand what is happening in their deployment.
Build systems and workflows that help admins safely scale Glean across users, teams, and capabilities over time through a coherent interface.
Collaborate deeply with backend, connector, infra, and security teams to deliver unified admin experiences that sit on top of platform and infrastructure layers.

About you:

8+ years of software engineering experience building production distributed systems or cloud‑native applications.
1+ years of engineering management experience of a full stack team
BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong coding skills in at least one of: Python, Go, Java, C++, Javascript.
Product‑minded: you prioritize customer impact, clear SLAs/SLOs, and pragmatic iteration.
