Crypto.com is on a mission to accelerate the world’s transition to cryptocurrency. As we continue to scale our Exchange App, we’re hiring a Growth Marketing Hacker to lead on our go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning that fuel global user growth and engagement as we expand.
This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and creative execution: ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. You’ll work in close collaboration with product managers and growth teams to align feature rollouts, growth campaigns, and user insights into compelling narratives that resonate across geographies and user segments.

Partner up with product and strategy teams to own the growth strategy for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
Develop stories and campaigns that differentiate our platform in a competitive global market.

Lead on creative/copy positioning and brief submission for growth teams to deliver impactful and localised campaigns.
Work closely with product managers to align on roadmap priorities and customer feedback loops.
2. Launch Execution
Partner up with the product team to manage the go-to-market planning for feature launches.
Conceptualise integrated marketing campaigns across in-app, email, web, social, and earned media for UA to execute.
Partner with marketing, growth and product teams to ensure campaigns are timely, scalable, and data-informed.
Coordinate with local market teams and growth to adapt messaging for region-specific rollouts: localisation across product messaging, local behaviour and competitive landscape.
3. Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
Run user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to understand pain points and improve UX/messaging.
Feed findings back into product and growth teams to inform prioritization and positioning.
4. Growth & Retention
Design lifecycle programs that drive user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
Conceptualise promotions, streaks, and incentive programs that reward engagement and boost retention.
Work with data, analytics and product teams to identify drop-off points and optimize onboarding and reactivation flows.
5. Performance & Reporting
Work with Growth and Product to define KPIs across funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact.
Report using tools like GA4, Tableau, Mixpanel: work closely with analytics and product to iterate quickly.
7+ years of experience in product marketing: ideally crypto or financial background
Proven success launching and scaling B2C products or platforms and growing adoption and revenue sustainably.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills: you can simplify complex ideas and tell stories that convert.
Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments. Bias to action.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
Experience in regulated industries or financial services is a plus.

About the Role
Crypto.com Exchange serves tens of millions of users globally, and every one of them passes through the same critical moment — the transition from a verified identity to a funded, active trader. As we scale into new markets and expand our product suite, the speed, clarity, and reliability of that transition becomes a direct driver of trading volume, retention, and revenue.
This role owns that transition end-to-end — across five deeply connected areas.
KYC Approval — You will own the identity verification platform from initiation through to approval. This means managing multi-vendor IDV infrastructure, combating synthetic fraud and AI-generated identity attacks, and making the KYC experience fast and reassuring for every user — regardless of the market they are joining from.
Re-KYC — You will own the re-verification experience for existing users. When compliance requirements, risk triggers, or document expiry require a user to re-verify, you ensure that the process is low-disruption, clearly communicated, and completed with minimal impact on their trading activity.
Deposit & Withdrawal — You are the gatekeeper for how money moves in and out of the Exchange. You will own not just the deposit and withdrawal experience, but the underlying decisions that shape it: which payment methods are available in each country, who is eligible to use them, what limits apply, and when a method is added, modified, or removed. You will ensure users can fund their accounts quickly and transparently — with the payment method that is most natural to them in their market.
First Trade & Activation — A funded account is not the finish line. You will own the activation ladder from first deposit through to first trade and first perp or index position, removing every barrier that stands between a user with capital and a user who is actively trading.
Onboarding Rewards — You will own the reward and incentive mechanics from KYC completion onward: KYC approval incentives, first-deposit bonuses, and first-trade cashback. These are the levers that accelerate activation and turn intent into action at every rung of the ladder. Sign-up rewards, issued before KYC, are owned by the Discovery, Growth & Onboarding PM.
These five areas are held by one PM because the decisions in each are inseparable. The speed of KYC approval determines how many users reach the deposit step. The quality of the deposit experience determines how many reach their first trade. Re-KYC is not a compliance afterthought — a poorly designed re-verification flow can disrupt the trading activity of your highest-value users. The reward mechanics at each stage shape the pace of the whole journey.
This is an execution-first, high-ownership role. The PM who takes it drives stakeholders to unblock, prioritise, and ship — without waiting for direction.
The Team
Daily partners:
Compliance / Legal — KYC and AML standards, FATF Travel Rule, regional licensing constraints
Risk — fraud scoring, synthetic identity detection, and manual review escalation
Engineering — IDV platform, payment rail integrations, API and SDK delivery
Operations — manual review queue management, vendor SLA oversight, Re-KYC workflow management
Payment Rails PM — fiat
Campaigns — onboarding reward ladder design from KYC completion through to first trade
Discovery, Growth & Onboarding PM — shared instrumentation and alignment at the KYC initiation boundary; reward handoff
KYC — From Initiated to Approved
Own the identity verification platform strategy, roadmap, and execution — not just vendor management
Build toward multi-vendor routing optimisation across KYC providers and equivalents — maximising pass rates, minimising fraud, and managing cost-per-verification as a P&L metric
Drive the platform toward self-serve configurability so that product teams across the Exchange can configure IDV requirements, decision rules, and vendor preferences without an Engineering dependency for every change
Deliver composable IDV components — document collection, liveness, facematch, motion — that can operate independently across different product contexts
Lead initiatives to combat synthetic fraud through liveness challenges, e-ID integrations, and ML-powered fraud scoring in partnership with Risk and IDV vendors
Monitor and manage false positive rates carefully — fraud defence must not sacrifice real users
Evaluate and roadmap Non-Doc (document-free) verification and Reusable Identity solutions as high-leverage levers for reducing drop-off while maintaining compliance
Use the external competitive benchmark of approximately 2-minute average KYC completion at best-in-class multi-asset brokers as a reference bar for roadmap prioritisation
Work with Compliance to ensure regional KYC variations are handled in the product without creating dead-end or confusing experiences for users in specific jurisdictions
Re-KYC Experience
Own the product experience for existing users who are required to re-verify their identity due to document expiry, regulatory triggers, risk-profile changes, or periodic compliance review cycles
Design the Re-KYC journey to be low-disruption, clearly communicated in advance, and completable with minimal drop-off — with particular attention to users who are mid-activity or holding open positions at the time of a re-verification trigger
Build a communication cadence — advance notice, reminders, and grace period management — that is as carefully designed as the verification UX itself
Ensure the Re-KYC flow reuses the same IDV infrastructure as new-user KYC, maintaining consistency while accounting for the distinct context of an existing, active user
Track Re-KYC completion rate within grace periods, Re-KYC-triggered account restriction rate, and time from first prompt to approval as dedicated success metrics
Deposit & Withdrawal — Fiat and Crypto
Own the deposit and withdrawal experience across all markets. Act as the gatekeeper for payment method availability — deciding which methods live in each country, who is eligible, what limits apply, and when a method is activated, modified, or removed.
Fiat rail coverage to maintain and expand:
Own the country-specific payment method matrix — maintaining a live view of what is available where, what is pending, and what the roadmap is for each market
Define and enforce the eligibility rules that sit between a user's KYC level and their access to specific deposit and withdrawal methods
Define deposit and withdrawal limits per method, per tier, and per market — and own the product experience when a user hits a limit, including clear messaging, escalation paths, and upgrade prompts
Manage the onboarding of new payment methods end-to-end: vendor or banking partner evaluation, integration scoping, compliance sign-off, UX design, and launch
Own FX spread and processing-fee UX transparency — users who understand what they are paying convert at higher rates and churn at lower rates
Own the on-chain deposit and withdrawal experience alongside fiat: network selection UX, confirmation time expectation-setting, address management, and withdrawal SLA transparency
Target deposit success rate above 92% across fiat and card on-ramping
First Trade & Activation Ladder
Own the progression from first deposit to first trade and beyond — the ladder does not end at a funded account
The activation sequence this PM owns: KYC approved → first deposit → first trade → first perp or index position; each rung has its own conversion rate and its own friction to remove
Work with the Exchange trading product team to identify and remove barriers between a funded account and a first executed trade — product discovery, market navigation, order entry UX, and fee transparency
Own the onboarding reward ladder from KYC completion onward — KYC approval incentives, first-deposit bonuses, and first-trade cashback — in coordination with Campaigns; sign-up rewards are owned by the Discovery, Growth & Onboarding PM
Localisation
Own the product roadmap for adding new markets and new local payment methods — in coordination with BD, Legal, and Engineering
Localisation means understanding why a user in the Philippines prefers GCash over a bank transfer and ensuring the product reflects that reality — it is not a translation exercise
Track local payment rail coverage and local deposit success rates as dedicated regional metrics
AI-Native Ways of Working
Use agentic AI tools — Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, Glean, or equivalent — with human-in-the-loop practices to accelerate delivery
Champion AI-native product development practices across your squad
Experience
6–8+ years in Product Management
Proven experience at a high-growth technology company — crypto exchange, fintech, neo-bank, or multi-asset broker preferred but not mandatory — where you have personally owned and solved the problems described in this role: identity verification, fiat payment rails, deposit conversion, or compliance-heavy product ownership
Specific experience with IDV platforms, payment rail integration, or KYC/AML product design is a strong plus
Technical fluency — the plumbing
Understands payment gateway logic, ledger systems, and API integration
Can discuss multi-vendor IDV routing logic, decision trees, liveness detection architecture, and composable IDV component design with Engineering
Experience building or overseeing APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling as product deliverables — not just consuming them
Regulatory fluency
Deep understanding of global KYC and AML standards (FATF, regional equivalents), SCA, GDPR, and local payment regulation
Able to translate regulatory constraints into product requirements — and push back where compliance is being used as an excuse for poor UX
Data — the conversion / risk / cost triangle
Every roadmap decision lives in the trade-off between conversion, risk, and cost — must be able to quantify all three axes and make principled trade-offs with data
SQL fluency; proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent for funnel analysis
AI-native workflow
Demonstrable use of AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalent) with human-in-the-loop practices — required, not optional
Execution and ownership
Drives stakeholders to unblock, prioritise, and ship without waiting for direction in a decentralised, 24/7 environment
Proven ability to lead cross-functional squads and influence Legal, Risk, and Compliance without formal authority
Track record of taking a major onboarding or payments flow from a known friction point to shipped and measurably improved

About the Role
Crypto.com Exchange serves tens of millions of users globally, and we are scaling aggressively. As we grow our reach across new markets and channels, the precision with which we understand, optimise, and personalise the journey from first visit to fully activated account becomes a core competitive advantage.
This role owns that journey end-to-end — across four deeply connected areas.
Landing & Conversion — You will build and own the behavioural analytics layer that lets us understand how users engage with our pages, what drives them toward sign-up, and where we can sharpen the experience. You will run a relentless A/B testing programme to convert high-intent visitors into registered users.
Onboarding — You will own the full sign-up funnel: email submission through to KYC initiation. Every touchpoint in this sequence is an opportunity to reduce friction, build trust, and set the user up for activation.
Sign-up Rewards — You will own the reward and incentive mechanics tied to the sign-up event: welcome bonuses, sign-up campaign offers, and any reward that activates at account creation. The goal is to use reward design as a conversion lever at the top of the funnel — pulling users from landing to registered account faster and with higher intent. Onboarding rewards from KYC completion through to first deposit and first trade are owned separately.
Login & Authentication — You will own the returning-user experience: a fast, secure, and modern authentication journey that keeps active users engaged and protects them without making them feel it.
These four areas are held by one PM because decisions in each are deeply interconnected. The trust built during onboarding shapes the authentication experience users expect. The reward mechanic at sign-up influences how users behave through KYC initiation. The quality of the login journey determines whether funded users return to trade again tomorrow.
This is an execution-first, high-ownership role. The PM who takes it drives stakeholders to unblock, prioritise, and ship — without waiting for direction.
The Team
You will work closely with:
Growth — coordinating on landing page experience and UTM attribution upstream of sign-up
Design — page layout, onboarding UX, authentication UI, and content hierarchy
Engineering — analytics instrumentation, A/B test infrastructure, auth systems, and verification flows, development
Data / Analytics — funnel dashboards, experimentation analysis, and session behavioural data
Security / Risk — authentication architecture, ATO prevention, and fraud signal integration
Verification & Activation PM — shared instrumentation and alignment at the KYC initiation boundary; reward ladder handoff
Landing & Conversion Optimisation
Design and implement a comprehensive behavioural analytics framework across Exchange landing pages — covering scroll depth, content engagement, CTA performance, drop-off attribution, and device and geo segmentation
Define the event taxonomy in partnership with Engineering and Data, ensuring every meaningful pre-sign-up user action is instrumented, labelled, and queryable at scale
Build and own real-time funnel dashboards that give the full team visibility into the landing-to-sign-up conversion journey
Conduct continuous analysis using session-recording and heatmap tooling (FullStory, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalent) to surface engagement patterns and conversion opportunities
Translate behavioural insights into hypotheses and work with Design and Content to optimise page layout, messaging hierarchy, trust signals, and CTA placement
Run a structured, high-velocity A/B testing programme across landing pages — targeting a minimum of four experiments per month once infrastructure is established
Evaluate and improve how content on Exchange pages creates clear hooks and logical pathways that guide high-intent visitors toward account creation
Onboarding Funnel (Sign-up to KYC Initiation)
Own conversion performance and UX quality at every step of the post-sign-up journey:
Email submission — CTA clarity, form design, and value proposition at the moment of commitment
Email verification — delivery reliability, link click-through rate, re-send UX, and expiry handling
Phone submission — international dialling UX, number format validation, and regional trust signals
Phone verification (OTP) — delivery speed and reliability, SMS fallback, retry logic, and expiry management
KYC initiation — clear expectation-setting on documents required, estimated time, and next steps, so users arrive at the KYC stage informed and prepared rather than surprised
Define conversion targets at each step, track actuals on a weekly cadence, and drive improvements through UX iteration and controlled experimentation
Ensure step-level drop-off is fully attributed to specific friction points rather than absorbed into aggregate funnel metrics
Work with Legal and Compliance to accommodate regional onboarding variations without creating dead-end experiences for users in specific markets
Sign-up Rewards
Design and own the reward mechanics tied to the sign-up event — welcome bonuses, sign-up campaign incentives, and promotional offers that activate at account creation
Work with Marketing and Campaigns to define reward value, eligibility criteria, and communication timing at the sign-up stage, ensuring rewards are positioned as a conversion trigger rather than an afterthought
Instrument reward redemption tracking to measure the direct impact of sign-up incentives on registration conversion rate and downstream funnel progression
Build fraud-resistance into reward mechanics at the sign-up boundary — specifically multi-accounting, disposable email sign-ups, and synthetic identity abuse of promotional offers
Own the clean handoff to the Verification & Activation PM: sign-up reward is claimed at account creation; the KYC completion, first-deposit, and first-trade reward ladder is owned downstream
Login & Authentication
Own the sign-in experience across web, iOS, and Android — targeting time-to-login below 10 seconds for returning users
Lead the Exchange's path toward passwordless-first authentication: passkeys (FIDO2/WebAuthn) as the strategic direction, with Face ID and on-device biometrics as the primary implementation layer, and passcode or password as a fallback rather than the default
Drive adoption of passkey and biometric authentication as leading-indicator metrics for the modernisation of the authentication stack
Own session management, device identification, and session hijacking protection in partnership with Security and Risk
Design and maintain account recovery flows that balance user access needs with ATO prevention
Ensure compliance with regional authentication regulations — including Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) — without introducing friction that degrades the experience for legitimate users
Architect guardrails against modern authentication abuse vectors, including AI-generated identity attacks and automated credential abuse, as a PM-driven design constraint from the outset
AI-Native Ways of Working
Use agentic AI tools — Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, Glean, or equivalent — with human-in-the-loop practices to reduce the time from insight to experiment to shipped improvement
Champion AI-native product development practices across your squad
Experience
6–8+ years in Product Management
Proven experience at a high-growth technology company — crypto exchange, fintech, neo-bank, or multi-asset broker preferred but not mandatory — where you have personally owned and solved the problems described in this role: conversion funnel optimisation, sign-up instrumentation, authentication modernisation, or onboarding reward design
Proven track record owning a sign-up, onboarding, or authentication funnel end-to-end — with measurable conversion improvements as evidence of impact
Analytics and instrumentation
Deep hands-on experience with product analytics platforms — Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, GA4, or equivalents
Able to write SQL to build funnel queries and cohort analyses independently
Practical experience with session-recording and heatmap tooling — knows how to design an event taxonomy from scratch, not just consume one
Experienced in designing and running statistically valid A/B experiments — including managing peeking bias, sample ratio mismatch, and novelty effects
Proficient with experimentation platforms — Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, or equivalent
Technical fluency
Understands end-to-end event instrumentation: client-side event firing, server-side validation, and data pipeline to analytics warehouse — able to review an instrumentation spec with Engineering and identify gaps
Comfortable discussing OTP delivery architecture, FIDO2/WebAuthn/passkey implementation, session token design, and ATO prevention systems with Engineering teams
Understands how regional compliance requirements (SCA, GDPR, ePrivacy) affect tracking consent flows and authentication architecture
UX instinct
Can identify a conversion-degrading UX problem from a session recording and produce a testable hypothesis within hours
Sharp on information hierarchy, trust signal placement, CTA design, and onboarding flow sequencing across web and mobile
AI-native workflow
Demonstrable use of agentic AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalent) with human-in-the-loop practices to measurably accelerate the discovery-to-delivery lifecycle — required, not a nice-to-have

We're looking for someone who knows IT support inside out and takes security seriously. You'll keep the environment running day to day — endpoints, access, patching, support — while also owning vulnerability management across our devices, servers, and virtual desktops.
AI is part of how we work now. That means you'll also help us make sure the AI tools our teams are adopting are being used safely. You don't need to be a researcher. You just need to understand the risks and be willing to engage with them.
Nice-to-Haves
A role where security and IT are genuinely treated as the same thing — not separate teams with separate priorities. You'll work directly with a senior team that's been doing this at scale for years, and you'll have real ownership from day one.
The AI side of this role is still being shaped. If you're someone who wants to help define how that works rather than follow someone else's playbook, this is a good place to be.
