The Job:

The Implementation Manager will be the primary POC post sale, ensuring timely client discovery, account setup, training, and launch support. High-energy, organized individual to join our team as an Implementation Manager. This position entails client servicing, identifying their challenges, and providing solutions that help solve those challenges while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience with SaaS technology and experience with call center environments. The Job:

The primary role of the Senior IT Manager is to oversee and maintain all aspects of Convoso’s computer infrastructure. This includes implementing and maintaining a secure, reliable IT infrastructure and ensuring high-performance, efficient operations. The IT Manager will be responsible for upgrading and installing new hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems, and maintaining and securing company IT infrastructure. About the Role

Convoso is scaling its go-to-market organization and building a more disciplined, data-driven revenue engine to support predictable growth, retention, and expansion. The Sr. Director, Revenue Operations & Business Analytics will play a critical role in designing, operating, and continuously improving the systems, processes, and insights that power revenue performance across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.

This role sits at the intersection of RevOps execution, GTM strategy, and business analytics.
