As a Senior SRE, you will be the reliability backbone of this AI-first data team. Your responsibilities

a. Platform reliability & observability

• Build and maintain the reliability ecosystem where engineers can safely develop, debug, and operate DataCraft services running on GCP and Kubernetes (DataProc, Cloud Composer, BigQuery, Snowflake/Databricks connectors).
• Ensure end-to-end observability across the full data platform — from Kafka ingest through GCS/Iceberg staging, Airflow orchestration, to Databricks and BigQuery destinations — enabling the team to catch missing loads, SLA breaches, and data drifts before customers notice, or costs drift.
• Drive scalability so services can scale vertically and horizontally based on operational and telemetric data (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Victoria Metrics).
• Maintain team health dashboards and alerting (Grafana, PagerDuty, Sentry).

b. Infrastructure as Code & deployments

• Own and evolve Terraform-based infrastructure for DataCraft services.
• Automate deployments, instance setup, and operational runbooks to eliminate manual/semi-manual steps.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) with linters, security scans, and code quality checks, AI code reviews, enabling engineers to produce high-quality MRs.

c. Security & compliance

• Help the team fulfill security requirements for ISO and SOC2 audits by enforcing security principles: key distribution, key rotation, authorization & authentication at the service level, data encryption in transit, data isolation, resource limitations, and audit logs.
• Ensure data access controls are properly enforced across multi-DWH environments (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).

d. Incident management & L3 support

• Participate in and drive L3 on-call rotation and incident resolution for DataCraft services.
• Contribute tooling for debugging, troubleshooting, and performance testing of data pipelines and orchestration layers.
• Use telemetry data and distributed tracing to navigate complex, distributed service architectures.

e. Agentic platform reliability

• Ensure reliability and observability of the Loomi Analytics Agent data infrastructure — LLM API gateway performance, MCP server health, and evaluation pipeline availability.
• Monitor and alert on data quality issues that could introduce inconsistencies or hallucinations in Loomi's responses — making the agent's data access patterns reliable and debuggable.

Our system runs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes and integrates with Kafka, MongoDB, and other services. Your job will be to keep our databases and services running smoothly, maintain reliable monitoring, and develop tools and automation for new releases, maintenance, and incident management.

The team works remotely in the Central European Time Zone. We are happy to meet you in Brno, Prague (Czechia) or Bratislava (Slovakia), where our headquarters is located. Salary ranges from 4,200 EUR gross/month, depending on your seniority.

As a Bloomreach UI Developer, you will be the go‑to person for:

• Designing and implementing UI components and patterns that are reused across the Engagement app.
• Evolving our in‑house UI framework and design system so that it’s easier and faster for product and engineering teams to build consistent experiences.
• Collaborating tightly with product designers to bring new ideas to life and to keep our visual language coherent.
• Bringing a CSS architecture mindset to a large codebase so styles remain modular, predictable, and easy to refactor over time.

Help us evolve and scale the Bloomreach Engagement UI design system and become our new UI Developer. Implement new designs, and create and maintain UI components used across our product. Purpose of the Role

Enterprise Discovery customers increasingly require hands-on customisation beyond standard product configuration. The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is a dedicated, customer-embedded engineering role designed to own the full spectrum of technical customisation for our top-tier accounts.

You will bridge the gap between post-sales support and core product engineering, serving as a technical "special forces" operative who translates complex business requirements into tangible code and system optimisations.

The Customisation Spectrum

The FDE is purpose-built to own Levels 1–5 of the customisation spectrum, ensuring that core R&D remains focused on next-generation platform development:

1. Education: Platform training, feature evangelism, and root-cause explanation.
2. Configuration: Dashboard, integration, and algorithm configuration changes.
3. Surgical Tweaks: Customer-specific process changes and deep data analysis.
4. Custom Code: Conversational agents, platform extensions, and feature customization.
5. Escalation: Identifying major product changes for Core Engineering cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Ownership: Maintain ongoing technical ownership of 2–3 high-value enterprise accounts; this is not a rotational assignment.
• Technical Implementation: Build and deploy conversational agents, custom extensions, and algorithmic tweaks to solve specific business problems.
• Data-Driven Validation: Use A/B testing and deep data analysis to validate the impact of technical changes on customer KPIs.
• On-Site Collaboration: Travel to customer sites (EMEA/AMER) to lead technical workshops and deeply understand their architectural constraints.
• Feedback Loop: Act as a critical bridge to R&D, identifying recurring customization needs that should be productized in the core platform.
