We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager with a proven track record in managing and growing affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and crisis management skills, deep knowledge of referral/affiliate programs, and a growth-focused mindset. This role is crucial in strengthening relationships with matured affiliates (6–12+ months) and driving cross-product conversion across Binance’s suite of services including Futures, Earn, Options, and Web3 Wallet.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of key affiliate partners, serving as their primary point of contact for all commercial and operational matters
Monitor affiliate performance metrics (trading volume, retention, ROI) to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
Handle affiliate inquiries, commission disputes, and escalations with professionalism and high emotional intelligence
Negotiate commercial terms including tiered commission structures, exclusive arrangements, and co-marketing initiatives
Identify and flag risks including wash trading, arbitrage abuse, compliance red flags, and competitor poaching signals
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to conduct affiliate due diligence and ensure regulatory adherence
Maintain a deep understanding of the affiliate lifecycle, incentive design, and anti-fraud mechanisms
Represent Binance's affiliate program with credibility and consistency across diverse cultural contexts
Requirements:
Experience in the crypto or FX exchange industry, with familiarity in affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms
Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, or channel partner management
Background in affiliate marketing, including lifecycle management, incentive design, and fraud prevention
Strong relationship management skills — high EQ, able to navigate disputes and competitive pressure with composure
Analytical mindset — comfortable reading performance data and identifying risks or irregularities
Solid commercial negotiation skills, with experience structuring tiered or performance-based deals
Risk awareness — ability to identify wash trading, arbitrage affiliates, and compliance risks
Cross-cultural communication skills; multilingual ability or regional cultural fluency is a plus
Nice to Have:
Trading or quantitative finance background — better understanding of affiliate motivations and behavior
Compliance or risk management experience — ability to support legal due diligence processes
Community management experience — understanding of reputation dynamics in tight-knit affiliate circles
