As a Workday DC- Associate, you will engage in consulting services within our Business Application Consulting group, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will develop your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work, building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope, using these experiences as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in Workday's suite of tools and technologies to work with data and derive insights. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will be part of a dynamic team that values curiosity, adaptability, and reliability. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Workday solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborating with clients to integrate and utilize Workday applications effectively
- Developing insights from data using Workday's suite of tools and technologies

- Applying data modeling and data visualization techniques to derive actionable insights

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in data and analytics solutions, including Workday Prism Analytics, Reporting, Adaptive Planning, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting and Analytics
- Utilizing data visualization tools to enhance client presentations
- Engaging in complex data analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Applying AI fluency to improve data-driven consulting approaches
