  • Own the end-to-end design, governance, and optimization of critical business processes within the Steam Services Outage Value Stream, from Inquiry to Order through Order to Remittance/Revenue, ensuring that the process framework, interfaces, standards, and improvement priorities scale effectively with evolving business requirements. This includes metric definitions, data governance, consolidation, dashboards, reporting requirements, management cadence, and performance mechanisms that support transparent decisions and connect leading and lagging indicators to value stream outcomes.
  • Establish and monitor process performance metrics and KPIs, identify systemic performance gaps, and drive data-driven remediation strategies across functional boundaries to improve end-to-end outage value stream outcomes.
  • Create, maintain, and govern a robust framework of standard work, process documentation, and process controls to ensure global consistency, scalability, and adherence across the Steam Services Outage Value Stream.
  • Advise and influence outage value stream leaders, segment and regional execution teams, and adjacent functions to achieve consistent deployment of the operating model and shared accountability for performance.
  • Apply a high level of operational and evaluative judgment to assess information quality, ask pertinent questions, resolve complex and interdependent issues, and construct recommendations using multiple internal and selected external sources.
  • Influence strategy, policy formulation, resource priorities, and implementation within the area of responsibility while operating with moderate autonomy and limited supervision.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small to medium team of professionals and senior subject matter experts, building an inclusive environment, providing candid feedback, and removing barriers to effective execution.
  • Communicate complex operational, technical, and policy messages clearly to colleagues and business leaders, and partner with digital, IT, commercial, operations, sourcing, and HR stakeholders to sustain the future-state outage value stream model.
