Your Role at Reputation:

We’re looking for a talented and passionate UX/Product Designer who thrives on tackling complex problems and crafting seamless, elegant user experiences. User experience is at the forefront of how we design intuitive, innovative, and beautiful products that people love. This role will focus on contributing to the design and expansion of our product platform, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering impactful solutions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and internal teams to see your designs come to life and make a meaningful impact for our customers and their businesses.

How You’ll Shape the Experience:

● Collaborate early with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, customer success, and implementation/managed services to ensure UX design integration into the product lifecycle is technically feasible and meets design standards.

● Work closely with other UX team members and leadership to provide consistent experiences while simplifying complex user flows.

● Understanding of WCAG 2.2 accessibility requirements for web and mobile.

● Conduct user research with internal teams and customers, analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.

● Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for adaptive web and mobile platforms.

● Support the development and maintenance of the design system to ensure consistency across products and functions.

● Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to usability testing and iteration cycles.

● Partner with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

● Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the UX Team.

The Skills That Set You Apart:

● Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field or 3-4 years of equivalent design experience.

● Understanding of the application of AI tools in design processes (i.e., skills, agentic AI, generative AI, Figma Agents, etc.)

● Understanding of software development life cycles

● 2+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise web and mobile applications, SaaS, and B2C or B2B 

● Some experience designing for data analytics and data visualization.

● Strong interaction design skills and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and patterns.
● Experience in conducting and analyzing user research.
● Understanding of Design Thinking processes and their implementation into engineering and product priorities.

● Proficiency in design/prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

● Experience designing for responsive web applications and mobile/tablet platforms.

● Excellent analytical skills.

● Ability to communicate design concepts effectively across different audiences.

● A collaborative spirit in working with product/engineering teams as well as other designers.

● Experience working within agile development teams.

● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, and eager to collaborate in a team environment.

Where You’ll Connect & Collaborate:

● Your main HQ is our Hyderabad, Telangana office, but we know great work can happen anywhere. You’ll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, joining us in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change) and working from home the rest of the week.

Leaves

• Company Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year (see annual Holiday Calendar)

• Casual/Sick Leave: 12 days per year (pro-rated)

• Earned Leave: 2 days per month (pro-rated)

• Extended Company Holidays: 4 additional paid days off

• Maternity Leave: 6 months

• Paternity Leave: 10 working days

• Bereavement Leave: 10 working days
