Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Training Coordinator to support employee development within revenue cycle and home health billing operations. This role assesses training needs, develops and delivers learning resources, maintains training records, supports quality and compliance, and helps staff apply standard and non-standard processes accurately and consistently.

What You Will Do

• Assess training needs and develop, deliver, record, and report required and desirable training for staff.

• Partner with managers to schedule timely training and support ongoing skill and credential development.

• Develop and maintain training materials, including job aids for standard and non-standard processes.

• Provide one-on-one guidance and serve as a central education resource for staff, including support with complex questions and troubleshooting.

• Participate in process-improvement meetings and help recommend, develop, and implement goals, projects, systems, and technology improvements.

• Conduct audits and reviews as directed and maintain documentation for performance reviews and quality-improvement work.

• Coordinate with external training and regulatory entities and monitor policies and procedures for efficient workflow and compliance.

• Maintain accessible training records, make quality-improvement recommendations, and create or edit training communications and statistical reports.

• Strong collaboration with managers, staff, clients, and partner departments.

• Sound judgment when identifying patterns, resolving non-routine problems, and applying existing processes to new situations.

• Strong documentation, organization, facilitation, and follow-through.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience; or

• Equivalent combination of education and experience; or

• Equivalent combination of education and experience and specialized credentials required to provide training in the specific department.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing training materials and delivering training to small groups is desirable.

• Exposure to revenue cycle, healthcare billing, home health billing, or other business support operations is helpful for this assignment.
• Experience creating job aids, maintaining training records, conducting audits, or supporting quality and compliance activities is helpful.
