What you will do:
- Develops new sales opportunities
- Introduces new products
- Ensure payments by customers
- Ensures total customer satisfaction
- Ensures adequate branding for the territory
- Develops long term relationship with customers
- Negotiates contracts
- Applies Lonza policies
- Uses Lonza sales tools
- Monitors competition
- Coordinates customer visits/ audits
- Involves internal departments when required
- Participates to the organization of customer events/ seminars
- Responsible for maintaining good EHS compliant working conditions, safe practices in your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to company’s operating procedures, EHS Standards and local law requirements.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management
What we are looking for:
- Degree: Bachelor
- Field of Study: major in Pharmacology/ Medical & Health Care is a plus
- Minimum 3 years working experience, in health care industry preferably, sales function is a must, B2B environment is a plus
- Ability to communicate and build relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Resilient/ persistent
- Willingness to learn, curiosity
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility to travel
- Ability to represent Lonza brand
- English CET-4
- Basic computer skills
